GoLogin proxy setup
GoLogin turns a pasted `host:port:user:pass` line into a proxy and checks it at once. Give each profile its own sticky line, and its time zone and geolocation follow that line's location.
- Protocols
- HTTP, HTTPS, SOCKS4 and SOCKS5; GoLogin detects the type. Use HTTP (7000) or SOCKS5 (7001)
- UDP
- Not documented for profile traffic; WebRTC on Based on IP reports the proxy's IP
- Where the setting is
- Location column on All profiles, the Proxies page, or Settings → Proxy → Your proxy
- Line format
host:port:user:pass- Works with
- Residential and mobile proxies
Before you start
- GoLogin installed and signed in, one profile per account: your own accounts, clients' ads accounts you manage with their access, or QA and testing, within each platform's rules.
- Your login and password from the Residential or Mobile page, and traffic on that product: a login without it gets 402.
- Generated lines: Session Sticky, Session time 60 min, Protocol HTTP (SOCKS5 if the profile uses custom DNS), Format
host:port:user:pass, the first format in GoLogin's paste list.
- Host
gate.aeonproxy.com- Port (HTTP / HTTPS)
7000- Port (SOCKS5)
7001- Login
- your proxy login, with targeting keys if you need them:
LOGIN-cc-us-sid-abc123 - Password
- your proxy password
Copy the login and password from the Residential or Mobile page of the dashboard; the generator there also writes ready lines. Key syntax: targeting and sessions.
Add the proxy to a profile
- On the All profiles page, find the Location column and click + on the profile.
- Click the computer icon and enter the host
gate.aeonproxy.com, the port7000(7001for SOCKS5), the username with its keys (LOGIN-cc-fr-city-paris-sid-gl01-ttl-60) and the password. - Click Connect. GoLogin picks HTTP or SOCKS by itself (you can change it later) and checks the proxy at once: green means it works, red that it does not.
- Click Run to open the profile.
Inside a profile the same setting is under the three dots → Settings → Proxy → Your proxy, next to Gologin proxy and Without proxy.
Add a list
- Paste several generated lines into the Location column with your hotkeys or the Paste proxies button. Each line becomes its own proxy, which you can move between profiles later.
- Proxies in the left menu → Import proxies (top right): paste the lines and confirm. The table shows each proxy's State, Country and Connected profiles.
- For many profiles at once, select them, click Proxy in the bulk actions row, enter the lines and click Update proxy. Then check in the Location column that no two profiles got the same line.
Check the proxy
On the Proxies page, the Check proxy button in the State column tests a line again, and lines that fail collect under Errors. Hover over the arrows icon to see the exit IP. Then run the profile and open the IP checker for the IP, time zone, WebRTC and DNS results.
Leave Fill timezone based on the external IP and Fill geolocation based on the external IP on, and WebRTC on Based on IP: the profile then reports the proxy's place, not yours.
Rotating or sticky
Use sticky lines. A rotating login (no -sid-) changes the IP on every connection, so the time zone and geolocation GoLogin read from one IP may not fit the next. Keep it for quick tests.
gate.aeonproxy.com:7000:LOGIN-cc-fr-city-paris-sid-gl01-ttl-60:PASSWORD # profile 1
gate.aeonproxy.com:7000:LOGIN-cc-fr-city-paris-sid-gl02-ttl-60:PASSWORD # profile 2A sticky IP lasts at most 60 minutes, and no residential or mobile IP stays for days. Then the same line takes a new IP in Paris. With one key per profile and unchanged targeting, the time zone GoLogin fills in stays right for every session.
If it does not work
| What you see | What to check |
|---|---|
| Red indicator after Connect | The port (7000 for HTTP, 7001 for SOCKS5), the username and the password. A key the gateway does not know, such as a misspelled -city- value, gets 407. |
| Custom DNS is set and pages do not load | GoLogin's custom DNS works only with SOCKS proxies. Remove it, or switch the profile to a SOCKS5 line on port 7001. |
| Google shows a different location | Sites can ask the browser for its geolocation instead of using the IP. Keep Fill geolocation based on the external IP on, or set geolocation access to Block. |
| The line works in the proxy tester but not in GoLogin | GoLogin's guide: try another network such as a phone hotspot, the web version of GoLogin, or the latest app version. |
| Two profiles show the same exit IP | They got the same line, for example from a bulk Update proxy. Give one of them another generated line. |
Questions
No. GoLogin's included traffic is spent only by its built-in proxies. Your lines draw on your AeonProxy traffic.
Disable image loading and Disable video autoplay in the profile's Settings → Advanced → Other (GoLogin paid plans). Our traffic is counted in GB both ways, so pages that download less cost less.
Yes. GoLogin lets you change the detected protocol later in the profile's proxy settings. Change the port to 7001 at the same time: port 7000 speaks only HTTP.
