Terms of Service
The contract for using AeonProxy proxies, covering your account, payments, refunds, acceptable use, liability and disputes.
Last updated: October 22, 2026
1. Who we are
Company details will be published here after registration. You can reach us at [email protected]. Legal notices go to [email protected].
Authorities and users can also contact us directly at [email protected], in English.
In these Terms:
- "AeonProxy", "we", "us" mean AeonProxy.
- "You" means the person or company that holds the Account.
- "consumer" means an individual acting mainly outside their trade, business or profession.
- "Services" means everything we provide through aeonproxy.com: the proxy products, the gateway, the Dashboard, the API and support.
- "Account" means your customer account, including its sub-users.
- "Dashboard" means our customer area.
- "Balance" means the prepaid US dollar amount held in your Account.
- "Traffic" means prepaid data, measured in GB, for Residential proxies and Mobile proxies.
- "Dedicated IPs" means ISP proxies and Datacenter proxies, rented per IP address per month.
- "Network Partners" means the third parties that supply the IP addresses and network capacity behind the Services.
2. Agreement and changes
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a contract between you and us. You accept them when you create an Account, by ticking the box at signup or by continuing with a sign-in provider where we offer one, and when you use the Services.
These policies form part of the Terms: the Acceptable Use Policy, the Refund Policy, the KYC Policy, the Service Level Agreement and, for affiliates, the Affiliate Program Terms. Where a policy covers a topic in more detail, the policy applies to that topic.
We may change these Terms. For a material change, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect, by email and by a notice on our website. Changes that are not material, and changes the law requires, can take effect sooner.
If you do not accept a material change, you can close your Account before it takes effect, and we will refund your unused Balance, your unused Traffic at the price you paid and the unused days of your Dedicated IPs. If you keep using the Services after the effective date, the new Terms apply.
3. Eligibility
To use the Services you must:
- be at least 18 years old and able to make a binding contract;
- not be a person described in section 12, and not be located or ordinarily resident in a place listed there;
- give accurate information and keep it up to date;
- not have had an Account closed by us for a breach, unless we agree in writing.
You may use the Services for business or personal purposes. If you accept these Terms for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it. If we learn that an Account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and refund the unused Balance.
4. Account and security
- One Account is for one person or one company. Team members should use sub-users instead of sharing a login. Do not open extra Accounts to claim promotions again or to get around limits or a suspension.
- Keep your password and API keys secret, and do not publish keys in code repositories. If you suspect unauthorized access, revoke the affected keys and tell us at once.
- Sub-users let you separate access and usage within your Account, for example for team members or applications. Giving sub-user access to people outside your own organization, such as your clients, counts as resale (section 10).
- You are responsible for everything done through your Account, your API keys and your sub-users, unless it was caused by our breach of these Terms.
5. The Services
Products. Residential proxies and Mobile proxies give access to IP addresses on residential and mobile networks and are paid for with Traffic. ISP proxies and Datacenter proxies are Dedicated IPs: addresses assigned to your Account for a monthly period, with no limit on the data transferred.
Network Partners. Residential and Mobile Traffic is provided through a Network Partner's network, which we resell through our own gateway under our own brand. We do not control the devices and connections behind those addresses.
The gateway. You connect through our gateway, gate.aeonproxy.com, located in Frankfurt, Germany. It authenticates you, applies limits and blocks, and counts your Traffic. Its count is the basis for the Traffic we deduct.
Targeting and sessions. You can request country, region, city and ISP targeting. We aim to match the requested country. Region, city and ISP targeting is best effort: accuracy varies by location and is not guaranteed. You can use rotating sessions or sticky sessions. A sticky session aims to keep the same IP address for up to 60 minutes, but the address can change earlier, for example if the device behind it goes offline.
Blocked targets. By default the gateway blocks government and military sites, some banking, financial and ticketing sites, and mail ports (SMTP 25, 465, 587 and similar). Some of these may be unlocked after identity verification (section 11). We may add blocks to prevent abuse, to follow the law or to meet Network Partner requirements.
Network Partner restrictions. Network Partners may block destinations, ports or uses, limit speed or connections, withdraw IP ranges or change their rules, sometimes without notice to us. These restrictions are not a defect in the Services and do not give a right to a refund or service credit. We will tell affected customers about lasting restrictions we learn of. This does not limit your mandatory rights as a consumer.
Your data. The gateway does not store the content of your requests and responses.
Changes. We may change features, locations, Network Partners or technical details. If a change significantly reduces something you have already paid for, you may ask for a refund of the unused part.
6. Balance, prices and payment
Balance. You top up your Balance and buy Traffic and Dedicated IPs from it. The minimum top-up is $5. Your Balance earns no interest, cannot be moved to another Account and is refundable only as these Terms and the Refund Policy allow.
Prices. Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you buy. For Traffic, the rate of the tier your purchase falls into applies to the whole purchase.
Taxes. Prices exclude taxes unless stated. Where the law requires, we add VAT, GST, sales tax or a similar tax and show it before you pay. Business customers with a valid tax ID may fall under the reverse charge.
Price changes. We may change prices at any time. A change does not affect Traffic you have already bought or a Dedicated IP period you have already paid for. New Dedicated IP prices apply from your next renewal.
Payment methods. We accept USDT (TRC20), BTC and ETH.
Crypto payments. We credit your Balance with the US dollar value of your payment at the exchange rate at the time of payment. You pay blockchain network fees. Funds sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address may be lost.
Chargebacks. Please contact support before disputing a payment. While a chargeback is open, we may suspend your Account and remove the Balance, Traffic or Dedicated IPs paid for with that payment. A business customer whose chargeback proves unjustified must repay the amount and the processor's fees. This does not limit consumer rights or card network rules.
7. Traffic and Dedicated IPs
Traffic. Traffic you buy does not expire while your Account is open.
Dedicated IPs.
- You rent from 1 to 100 Dedicated IPs for one month at a time. Each period starts when the IP is delivered to your Account.
- To keep an IP, renew it before the period ends, at the price in effect on the renewal date. If automatic renewal is on for an IP (you can switch it on or off in the Dashboard), we charge your Balance when the period ends. If the Balance is too low, the IP is not renewed.
- An IP that is not renewed is released and may go to another customer.
- For ISP proxies, you can get one replacement per IP within 24 hours of delivery if the address does not suit your target.
- We may replace a Dedicated IP for technical, legal or abuse reasons, or if a Network Partner withdraws it, with advance notice where we can.
If your Account closes.
- You close it. Before closing, you can request any refund the Refund Policy allows. Other unused Traffic, Dedicated IP time and Balance end with the Account, unless the law requires otherwise, and we remind you of this before closing.
- We close it for serious abuse as described in the Acceptable Use Policy, such as fraud, attacks or CSAM. Unused Traffic, Dedicated IP time and Balance are forfeited, except where the law requires a refund, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
- We close it for another breach. We refund your unused Balance and your unused Traffic at the price you paid, minus any amounts you owe us and any losses your breach caused us.
- We close it for another reason (other than under sections 11 and 12). We refund your unused Balance, your unused Traffic at the price you paid and the unused days of your Dedicated IPs.
8. Promotions, trials and loyalty discount
- First top-up bonus. Your first top-up of $5 or more adds 500 MB of free Traffic for Residential or Mobile proxies, as shown in the Dashboard.
- Free trial. You can claim 200 MB of Residential or Mobile Traffic, as shown in the Dashboard, valid for 72 hours, through Telegram. Unused trial Traffic expires after 72 hours. One trial per person.
- Promo codes. Each code is subject to the conditions shown with it.
- Loyalty discount. If your purchases in the last 30 days total $300 or more, Residential and Mobile Traffic is 5% off. From $1,000 it is 10% off. Top-ups do not count, only purchases. The discount does not apply to purchases of 1,000 GB or more and does not combine with a promo code: the larger discount applies.
- Rules. Bonus, trial and promo Traffic has no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred. We may remove free Traffic obtained through extra Accounts, false information or other abuse.
- Changes. We may change or end promotions and the loyalty discount for the future, without affecting free Traffic already credited or discounts already applied.
9. Refunds
Refunds and, for consumers in the EU and UK, the right of withdrawal are covered by our Refund Policy.
10. Acceptable use
You must use the Services lawfully and follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In summary, you must not use them for illegal activity, fraud, credential stuffing, account takeover, attacks of any kind, spam, phishing, malware, ad or click fraud, fake or bulk-operated accounts, ticket bots, getting around protections for children, child sexual abuse material, collecting personal data without a lawful basis, infringing intellectual property or evading sanctions. You are responsible for making sure your use, and any data you collect, is lawful.
No resale. You must not resell, sublicense, share or white-label the Services, or give third parties access to them, without our prior written consent.
Abuse reports and repeat infringers. Anyone can report abuse to [email protected] (see our abuse page). We may investigate, block a target or sub-user, and ask you for information. We close the Accounts of repeat copyright infringers in appropriate circumstances.
11. Identity verification
We do not verify every customer. We may ask you, and for companies the business, to verify identity when you request access to targets blocked by default, when we receive an abuse report or detect suspicious activity, before an affiliate payout, for reseller or enterprise arrangements, or for sanctions screening. Our KYC Policy explains the process. If you refuse or do not pass, we may limit or close your Account and refund your unused Balance where the law allows.
12. Sanctions and export control
We follow US sanctions administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We do not provide the Services to:
- anyone on the OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) List or another sanctions list that applies to us, or anyone they own or control;
- anyone located or ordinarily resident in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, the Crimea region, or the so-called Donetsk or Luhansk People's Republics.
You confirm none of this applies to you. You must not use the Services from these places, including through a VPN or another proxy, for anyone listed above, or in breach of US export control laws. We may screen you, your payments and wallet addresses, block access, hold or refuse payments, and close Accounts as the law requires. Funds the law requires us to block cannot be refunded.
13. Suspension and termination
Immediate suspension. We may suspend all or part of your Account without notice if we reasonably believe that:
- you or a sub-user has breached the Acceptable Use Policy, or abuse is taking place through your Account;
- continuing would expose us, Network Partners or others to legal risk, or the law, a court or an authority requires us to act;
- a payment failed, was reversed or was charged back, or you owe us money;
- a Network Partner requires us to stop or limit access linked to your Account;
- your Account is a security risk;
- you did not complete identity verification or sanctions screening when asked.
Where we reasonably can, we limit a suspension to the affected sub-user, IP address or product, and tell you why unless the law or security prevents it. If you think we made a mistake, reply to our notice and we will review it.
Other breaches. For other breaches, we give you notice and a reasonable time to fix the problem first, unless the breach is serious or repeated.
Closing. You can close your Account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may close it for a serious, repeated or unfixed breach, if a reason for immediate suspension is not resolved, or for any other reason with 30 days' notice. Section 7 explains what you get back. Payment obligations and sections 14 to 17 and 20 to 22 survive closure.
14. Intellectual property and feedback
We and our licensors own the Services, including the website, Dashboard, software, documentation and the AeonProxy name and logo. While you follow these Terms, you have a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your own purposes. You must not copy, modify or reverse engineer our software, except where the law allows, or use our name or logo, except as the Affiliate Program Terms allow.
We claim no rights in the data you send or collect through the Services. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.
15. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
We do not promise that a target site or app will accept our IP addresses or will not block them, limit them or show CAPTCHAs. We do not promise any particular result, accurate targeting below country level, or uninterrupted Services.
This section does not affect your rights as a consumer. For example, consumers in the UK are entitled to services performed with reasonable care and skill.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows:
- we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill;
- our total liability for all claims arising from the Services or these Terms is limited to the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
If you are a consumer in the UK, our liability is never lower than the price you paid for the Services concerned. For consumers elsewhere, this section applies only as far as the law of your country of residence allows.
17. Your responsibility for claims
If a third party, including an authority or a Network Partner, brings a claim against us arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Services (including data sent or collected through your Account), or the use of your Account by your sub-users or anyone you allow, you will compensate us for the resulting losses, fines and reasonable legal costs. This does not apply to the extent our own breach or negligence caused the claim. We will tell you about the claim promptly and will not admit fault on your behalf without your consent.
If you are a consumer, this section applies only where the claim results from your fault, and only as far as the law of your country of residence allows.
18. Service levels
Our availability targets, service credits and support goals are in the Service Level Agreement. They are targets, not guarantees. Service credits are the only remedy for missed targets, without affecting your mandatory rights as a consumer.
19. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data, including the session log the gateway keeps for 14 days for security and abuse investigation. We don't store the websites you visit. We disclose customer data to authorities only in response to valid legal process or in an emergency involving danger of death or serious physical injury.
20. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute about them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in New Mexico have exclusive jurisdiction, except as stated below for consumers. There is no mandatory arbitration and no waiver of jury trial.
If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another country whose law gives you mandatory consumer protections, you keep those protections, and you may bring a claim in the courts of your country of residence where the law allows.
Before going to court, please write to [email protected] so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
21. Notices
We send notices to your Account email address and may also show them in the Dashboard. An email notice counts as received when sent, unless we get a delivery failure. You agree to receive contracts, notices and receipts electronically.
22. General
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the policies in section 2 are the whole agreement about the Services. A separate signed agreement with us, such as a reseller agreement, prevails where it says so.
- Severability. If part of these Terms is invalid, the rest stays in force.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your Account or these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to a successor of our business, with notice to you, if your rights are not reduced.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a right at once, we can still enforce it later.
- Force majeure. Neither of us is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, government action, internet outages, cyberattacks or failures of providers we rely on.
- Language. If we provide a translation, the English version prevails.
