Billing and payments: questions

How the balance, crypto top-ups, traffic purchases and discounts work. Current prices and tiers are on the pricing page.

You top up a balance in US dollars, then buy residential or mobile traffic from it. Prices and tiers are on pricing; the screens step by step are in the dashboard guides.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Crypto: USDT on the TRC20 network, BTC and ETH. In the top-up form you choose Crypto, and you pick the coin on the payment page that opens next.

Send the coin on the network the payment page shows. Funds sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address may be lost, and the blockchain network fee is yours (Terms of Service, section 6).

How do I top up the balance?

Open Wallet, enter an amount in US dollars or pick a quick amount, choose Crypto and press Top up the balance. The payment page converts the dollar amount into the coin at the current rate and gives a new address for each deposit. Once the payment is confirmed, the dollar amount of the top-up is added to the balance.

The minimum top-up is shown under the form, and every deposit appears in the Deposit history. More in top up the balance.

Is it a subscription?

No. Residential and mobile proxies have no monthly plans: you pay as you go. Top up, buy as many gigabytes as you need on the Residential or Mobile page and use them at your own pace. Traffic you buy never expires while your account is open.

How do volume tiers work?

The price per GB falls as a purchase gets larger, and the rate of the tier a purchase falls into applies to the whole purchase, not only to the gigabytes above the tier's start. One purchase of 50 GB therefore costs less per GB than five purchases of 10 GB.

Purchases are whole gigabytes, from 1 GB. Mobile costs more per GB than residential at every tier; both ladders are on pricing. For large monthly volumes, contact sales.

Do regular customers get a discount?

Yes. The loyalty discount takes a percentage off residential and mobile traffic once your purchases over a recent period pass a set amount. Only purchases count, not top-ups, and the discount does not apply to the largest volume tier.

Your current level and what is left to the next one are on the dashboard overview. The current amounts and percentages are on pricing.

How do promo codes work?

Type the code into the Promo code field when you buy traffic and press Apply. A code takes a percentage off that one purchase, under the conditions shown with it; some codes work only on a first purchase.

A promo code and the loyalty discount never add up: the larger of the two applies, and the checkout tells you which one it used. More in promo codes and discounts.

Is there a bonus on the first top-up?

While the offer runs, your first top-up from a minimum amount adds free residential or mobile traffic, once per account; you pick the product in the top-up form, which also shows the current amounts. Bonus traffic never expires.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds follow section 9 of our Terms of Service. If something is wrong with a purchase, write to support in the live chat or through the contact page with your order number.

Do I get an invoice?

Yes. Every top-up and every purchase has an invoice you can download as a PDF: purchases are under Invoices, top-ups in the Deposit history of the Wallet page. Add your company name in Settings → Profile and it appears on the invoices.

Are there any extra fees?

No surcharges for countries, targeting, sessions, threads or protocols. Crypto top-ups carry no processing fee from us; the network fee of your transaction is yours. Prices exclude taxes: where the law requires VAT or a sales tax, it is added and shown before you pay, as section 6 of the Terms of Service says.

What happens when my traffic runs out?

The gateway answers 402 to that product's logins until you add traffic. Buy more with Add traffic on the Residential or Mobile page; the same login, password and proxy lines keep working once the traffic is on the plan.

A sub-user that reaches its own limit gets 402 too, while the rest of the plan works. Raise its limit on the Sub-users tab (how).
