My orders

Each traffic purchase is an order of its own. The table shows the product with the order number, Total, Auto-renew, Next due and Status. For traffic, Next due shows what is left on that order (“7.4 of 10 GB”) and Auto-renew is a dash, because traffic does not renew. Open leads to the Residential or Mobile page, where all orders of the product form one pool. The two menus at the top filter by status and by product.

first top-up bonus · never expiresThe traffic your first top-up earned.

The Copy all proxies button, and Copy proxies and Stop auto-renew for selected rows, apply to ISP and datacenter orders, which are not on sale yet. For residential and mobile, take your lines from the generator.

Invoices

A purchase paid from the balance writes an invoice marked Paid at once. Invoices lists purchases; the invoice of a top-up opens from Wallet → Deposit history → Open and reads Pending until the payment arrives.

  1. Open Invoices in the sidebar and click an invoice number or Open.
  2. The sheet shows Invoiced to, Pay to, Payment method, Date issued and Status, then the lines: the purchase (such as “Residential traffic · 10 GB”), a Promo −…% or Loyalty −…% line when a discount applied, and Total amount.
  3. Press Download invoice PDF. The file is saved as aeonproxy-invoice-<number>.pdf.

Invoices print the first name, last name and company from Settings → Profile as they are when you open or download them. Fill them in first; the Company details button on the Invoices page opens that form.

Withdrawing from an order (EU, EEA and UK)

If the country in your profile, or else the country you connect from, is in the EU, the EEA or the UK, paid orders less than 14 days old that still have traffic left show Withdraw from contract in My orders. The dialog shows the amount due back. Once you confirm, the order stops at once and keeps only the GB already used, and we email you a confirmation with the details.

Questions

Invoices lists purchases. Each top-up has its invoice in the Wallet: open it from Deposit history.

The PDF you saved keeps what it had. Update Settings → Profile and download the invoice again: it is drawn with the current profile.

At the top of the Residential or Mobile page, and on the Overview under Traffic left. My orders shows the split per order.
