Use a promo code

1. Open Add traffic on the Residential or Mobile page and set the volume.
2. Type the code in Promo code and press Apply. Upper or lower case does not matter.
3. The summary shows Promo −…% and the new Total. Press Buy traffic.

A code counts as used only when the purchase goes through. Some codes, such as the ones our antidetect-browser partners hand out, work only on an account's first purchase; after any paid purchase they answer “This code is for the first purchase only.” A code that expired or has no uses left answers “Code not found.” In the API, send it as promo_code to Buy traffic.

Activate a coupon

A coupon is a code from a promotion, a partner or support that adds money to your balance.

1. Open Coupon in the sidebar.
2. Steps 1 and 2 check that your email is confirmed and Telegram is linked. If step 2 is not marked Done, press Link Telegram and then Start in our bot.
3. Step 3: press Activate coupon, enter the code and press Activate.

The money is on the balance at once, a “Coupon applied” notification arrives, and the code is listed under Activated coupons. Each code works once per account. From code, use Activate a balance code in the API.

Loyalty discount

Your purchases paid from the balance over a recent period set your loyalty level, and each level takes a percentage off residential and mobile traffic. Top-ups, coupons and free traffic do not count. The Loyalty discount card on the Overview shows your level, what you spent in the period and how much more reaches the next level. It does not apply on the top volume tier, which already has the lowest rate. The current levels are on Pricing; section 8 of the Terms of Service has the rules for promotions and the loyalty discount.

First top-up bonus

Your first paid top-up of at least the bonus minimum adds free residential or mobile traffic, your pick in the top-up form. It never expires and comes once per account. Details: Top up the balance.

How they combine

• A promo code and the loyalty discount never add up. The larger percentage applies, and the summary line names it.
• When the loyalty discount is equal or larger, the code is not used up. The dialog says so under the total.
• A coupon is money on the balance, so it pays for any purchase, with or without a discount.
• The bonus is extra traffic, not a discount: it comes on top of what you buy.
