Top up the balance

Every purchase is paid from your wallet balance. You top it up with crypto: USDT on TRON, Bitcoin or Ether.

How billing works

The balance is kept in US dollars. A top-up adds to it; buying traffic takes from it and writes a paid invoice. Residential and mobile traffic never expires once bought.

Top up

  1. Open Wallet in the sidebar, or click the balance at the top right of any dashboard page.
  2. In Top up balance, press a quick amount or type your own in USD. The minimum is written under the button.
  3. Under Payment method, keep Crypto (USDT TRC20 · BTC · ETH). It is the only option.
  4. Check the summary: Processing fee reads “none” and You pay shows the total.
  5. Press Top up the balance. The payment page of Heleket, our crypto payment processor, opens. Pick the coin there and send the amount it shows to the address it shows.
  6. When you are done you come back to the Wallet. The deposit is credited once the processor confirms the payment: its row in Deposit history turns from Pending to Paid and a “Deposit confirmed” notification arrives, in Telegram too if you linked our bot.

Each deposit gets its own payment address: never send a second payment to the address of an earlier top-up. Send the full amount; a payment short of the invoice is not credited automatically. If that happens, write to support with the deposit ID.

First top-up bonus

While your account can still earn it, the form shows the bonus offer with a Residential / Mobile switch. Pick the product before you pay. If the deposit reaches the bonus minimum, the summary adds a “First top-up bonus” line marked free, and the traffic lands on that product when the payment is confirmed. It never expires and comes once per account. Coupons, referral payouts and credits from support are not top-ups and do not earn it. Current figures: Pricing.

Deposit history and invoices

Deposit history lists every top-up with its ID, amount, status, method and date. Open shows the deposit's invoice, which you can download as a PDF. The bonus has a row of its own marked Bonus, with a link to the product page.

Questions

Not yet. A top-up is a crypto payment you confirm on the payment page, so it starts in the Wallet. Everything you then buy with the balance can be bought through the Orders API.

No. The loyalty level counts purchases paid from the balance, not top-ups. See promo codes and discounts.

Yes. Each deposit has its own invoice, opened from Deposit history. The Invoices page lists purchases only; through the API, List invoices returns both.
