Why a Vincentian IP

Fares in XCD, shelf prices with a bare dollar sign, villas in USD

Bequia Express heads its fare tables “Prices in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (XCD)” and then prints $25 one way for an adult from St Vincent to Bequia, $60 to Canouan and $80 to Union Island. CK Greaves, the Kingstown supermarket, shows a litre of Orch Party Mix punch at $22 with no currency code at all.

Property listings use other currencies. The Grenadines Collection prices its sales in USD, with 8 listed on St Vincent on 5 November 2026 and Young Island at $10,000,000 USD, and rents a villa in Bequia’s Lower Bay at $3300 a week. A sponsored listing on One News SVG asks EC$550,000 for a two-unit home at Green Hill.

ECTEL’s 2023/24 review counts phone and home plans in EC dollars: 18 GB for 30 days on prepaid at EC$105, and 300 Mbps fixed broadband at EC$125.

Google took 85.78% of Vincentian searches in October 2026 and Bing 11.76%, according to StatCounter. Desktops made 60.96% of page views and Bing reaches 22.23% on them; phones favour Google at 98.51%, and Android runs 76.8% of those phones. More under SERP proxies.

Coverage

Calliaqua, Kingstown and the Grenadines, by census district

The 2023 census counted 109,296 people: 100,042 in households on St Vincent, 8,722 in the Grenadines and 532 in institutions. Kingstown and its suburbs form an urban area of 26,395, and Calliaqua is the largest single district. Logins work at country level, -cc-vc; the dashboard generator shows which parishes and towns are on offer.

Networks

Flow and Digicel, the two networks Vincentians use

APNIC Labs puts 73.79% of Vincentian users on Flow’s cable company and 21.70% on Digicel. The same two brands run the mobile networks, and the NTRC counts 59 cell sites for Flow and 70 for Digicel. Its public report leaves the operator charts blank, so no subscriber shares exist to quote.

Users: APNIC Labs, 2 November 2026, six networks adding up to 97.63%; the other 2.14% is on Starlink, the Government’s own network, Akamai and Cloudflare. IPv6: APNIC’s per-network table to 3 November 2026. Cell sites: NTRC, 2025 Annual Report, which calls the second mobile network both Cable & Wireless and Flow. Network keys are for US, UK and German logins only, so read the ASN in a lookup to tell the two apart.

For developers

Keep Vincentian exits and separate the Grenadines

Sessions on -cc-vc run for 45 minutes here. The script drops any exit whose lookup reads another country, names Flow or Digicel from the ASN, and can wait for a Grenadines Parish exit if you ask it to.

import requests, uuid
GATE = "gate.aeonproxy.com:7000"
# Country key only. GeoLite files most of Digicel's AS33582 under Saint Lucia, and a lookup
# on that network can read LC, so only country VC counts. Regions follow GeoNames parishes.
NET = {"AS46408": "Flow", "AS33582": "Digicel", "AS23520": "Columbus Networks"}

def vincentian_exit(grenadines_only=False, tries=12):
    for _ in range(tries):
        login = f"ap_a1b2c3-cc-vc-sid-{uuid.uuid4().hex[:8]}-time-2700"
        proxy = f"http://{login}:PASS@{GATE}"
        try:
            info = requests.get("https://ipinfo.io/json", proxies={"http": proxy, "https": proxy}, timeout=15).json()
        except requests.RequestException:
            continue # timed out: new session
        if info.get("country") != "VC":
            continue # another country in the lookup: skip it
        if grenadines_only and info.get("region") != "Grenadines Parish":
            continue # region data varies by database
        info["network"] = NET.get(info.get("org", "").split(" ")[0], info.get("org"))
        return proxy, info
    return None, None # none found in this run

proxy, info = vincentian_exit()
if proxy:
    print(info["ip"], info.get("city"), info.get("region"), info["network"])

With grenadines_only=True the function may return nothing, because the login cannot ask for a parish and the region field depends on the database.

A Vincentian quirk

Cell sites across 32 islands and cays, and nine in ten mobile customers on prepaid

Mobile penetration is 94% in the NTRC’s 2025 report, with 82% of that on smartphones. Of mobile customers, 90% are prepaid and only 66% of those keep a regular data plan, which the regulator reads as about a third of the population having no data on any given day. Fixed internet reached 31,569 subscribers in December 2025, up 6.50%, and 75% of households have broadband.

No data act in force that we could find, and the Cybercrime Act of 2016

We found no general data protection law in force. The Privacy Act, 2003 (No. 18 of 2003) is written for public authorities, and section 2 starts it on a day the Minister appoints by order in the Gazette. LexLint said on 27 October 2026 that no such order has been made and that it could not confirm a Data Protection Act of 2021 exists. The Gazette would not open for us, so check before relying on this, and keep sellers’ names and numbers out of what you store.

The Cybercrime Act (Act No. 20 of 2016) passed on 12 August 2016, and police said in November 2024 that they were enforcing it. The Act as enacted would not open for us, so the clause numbers and penalties here are those of the 2016 Bill. Clause 3 makes it an offence to access a computer system intentionally and without lawful excuse or justification: a fine of two hundred thousand dollars, three years or both on summary conviction, five hundred thousand dollars, seven years or both on indictment. Clause 7 covers obtaining data that is protected against unauthorised access and not meant for you. None of these texts, the Telecommunications Act No. 1 of 2001 included, mentions proxy or VPN users, and none registers, licenses or bans them. We do not support use on betting sites.

Not legal advice. Searchlight reported on 16 August 2016 that clause 23 was removed and clauses 16 to 19 changed before the Bill passed, and the Act’s section numbers differ from the Bill’s in places, so look for the gazetted text before citing one. Saint Vincent and the Grenadines proxy questions

Your requests leave through a home or mobile line in the country, so a site sees a Vincentian IP. It is for reading fares, shelf prices, property listings and search results as a local visitor does.

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has no published per-country count, so there is no figure to give. Vincentian home connections are in the pool, and the order page shows availability.

Logins choose the country with -cc-vc, and the generator shows any parishes and towns on offer, where available. A lookup of 12 addresses on Flow’s network on 5 November 2026 read Kingstown for six and Grenadines Parish for two. Open your exit in our IP checker, since databases can disagree on the town.

Flow and Digicel. APNIC credits them with 73.79% and 21.70% of users, and the NTRC names the same two as the mobile networks. Mobile exits run on them where the pool has them; availability is on the order page.

Static IPs are sold only in the countries on the order page, so here the choice is residential or mobile. Residential suits fares, shelf prices and search, and costs $0.50 less per GB. Phones made 37.56% of Vincentian page views in October 2026, so use mobile to see how a page looks on a Digicel or Flow line.

Traffic is priced by volume: $3.49 per GB falling to $1.69 at 1,000 GB for residential, $3.99 falling to $2.19 for mobile. ISP IPs cost $4.00 and datacenter IPs $2.00 a month in the countries on the order page. The pricing page has each tier and the present free trial terms.

Digicel’s AS33582 is registered to Digicel St.Lucia Ltd. GeoLite puts 384 of its 3,840 announced addresses in Kingstown and 2,688 in Saint Lucia, and a lookup of 11 addresses on that network gave LC for 8 and VC for 2. Keep exits whose country reads VC, as the Python tab does.

Read the label beside it: XCD on Bequia Express, EC$ on a One News SVG listing, USD on The Grenadines Collection, and none on CK Greaves’ prices. Keep the sign or code with each number when you store it.

The texts we read do not license, register or ban proxy or VPN users. The cybercrime text we could open is the 2016 Bill, not the Act, and it speaks of access without lawful excuse or justification, so stick to public pages and each site’s terms. We found no general data law in force; leave personal details out. Not legal advice.

Its operator, usually unnamed, can read or rewrite your traffic and keep any login you send. In a lookup a local Flow line shows AS46408 with country VC, and a rented machine shows a hosting name.

Your browser extension or HTTP client needs host gate.aeonproxy.com, port 7000, username ap_a1b2c3-cc-vc and your password. Put -sid-svg01-time-1800 after the username to stay on one exit for 30 minutes. For SOCKS5, see the docs.
