Property and resort offers come in US dollars or under a plain dollar sign. On 5 November 2026 Motie Realty asked US $1,050,000 for Villa Karibu near Marigot Bay and US $166,000 for a 9,981 sq ft plot at Marisule, Gros Islet. The Tourism Authority’s offers page had Coconut Bay from $599 a room per night, with a five-night minimum and transfers from Hewanorra.
Household costs are in EC dollars. Digicel lists 10GB for seven days at XCD 35.00, and LUCELEC charges homes 1.250 per kWh on the first 180 units in November 2026, 43.8 cents of it a fuel adjustment that changes monthly. Massy Stores dates its offers: the second item at 30% off in its Home and Mega stores ran from 20 to 31 October 2026.
Desktops and phones are level, at 48.96% and 48.19% of page views (StatCounter, October 2026). Google takes 90.29% of searches and 98.83% on phones, Bing 16.25% on desktops, and Android has 60.49% of mobile traffic. For rank tracking on both engines, see SERP proxies.

Census tables A.2 and B.12, provisional, with undercount weights applied. Castries district splits into Castries City 12,818, Suburban 23,613 and Rural 24,183. The Office’s mid-year estimate for 2022 was 182,289. GeoNames files Rodney Bay under Gros-Islet. Castries, Gros Islet and Vieux Fort are among the places exits come from, where available; confirm a town in our IP checker, as databases can disagree on the district.
Saint Lucian homes and phones sit mostly on Flow and Digicel, and exits come from those lines. APNIC Labs credits AS15344, named Karib Cable, with 64.78% of users, Digicel’s AS33582 with 27.23% and AS14813, registered in Barbados, with 9.74%.

Users: APNIC Labs, 2 November 2026; rows are separate estimates. IPv6: to 3 November 2026, when 12.04% of Saint Lucian users were capable, against 25.00% across the Caribbean. Only US, UK and German logins have ISP or carrier keys, so read the ASN in a lookup.
ECTEL, the regulator Saint Lucia shares with four neighbours, counted 216,708 mobile subscriptions in March 2024 and 158,985 on mobile broadband. Its annual review gives totals only, with no split by operator.
ECTEL Sector Review 2023/2024, Table 8, the latest edition. Fixed broadband stood at 47,799 subscriptions, 25.9 per 100, the lowest of the five states, and the most affordable entry plan it lists was 400 Mbps at 117.68 EC dollars a month, 4.2% of monthly GNI per capita. These are lines on the networks; the order page shows mobile availability through us.

https://ipinfo.io/jsonThe Data Protection Act (Acts 11 of 2011 and 2 of 2015) is only partly in force. The Revised Laws of 2023 list Part 1, sections 32 to 43, Part 6 and paragraphs (a) to (g) of Schedule 2 as in force from 31 January 2023 (S.I. 4/2023). Part 2, which sets up the Data Protection Commissioner, is not on that list. Section 33 limits collection to what a lawful purpose needs, and section 34 asks for express consent, with exceptions that include a legitimate interest.
Section 5 of the Computer Misuse Act (Act 12 of 2011, in force since 6 July 2018) covers causing a computer to perform a function to secure access to data, knowingly and without lawful authority: up to $5,000, three months, or both on a first offence. Section 28 of the Telecommunications Act requires a licence to run a telecoms network or provide a telecoms service, which we read as a rule for operators. The sections we read do not name proxies or VPNs, and we found no registration, licence or ban aimed at people who use them.
Not legal advice. Later orders may have brought more of the data act into force. Rulings on scraping abroad are in our 2022 to 2026 case guide.Join @aeonprox, link our bot and test residential or mobile proxies for 72 hours. No card needed.
A Saint Lucia (St Lucia) proxy is a home or mobile connection on the island that carries your requests, so the site sees a local IP address. Typical jobs are reading Digicel plans and LUCELEC tariffs, following Massy offers, comparing villa prices and checking your ads.
43K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026; homes come and go, so the figure moves. No separate count exists for mobile, and the order page tells you what is available.
Not at login: the key -cc-lc chooses the country. Any districts and towns on offer appear in the dashboard generator, where available, and our IP checker tells you what a given exit reports, since city data differs between databases.
Homes and phones on Flow, with 74.52% of users in APNIC’s table, and Digicel, with 27.47%. Flow’s AS14813 is registered to Columbus Telecommunications (Barbados) Limited, so the company name on a local line can point to another island. Single-network keys exist in the US, the UK and Germany only.
Flow and Digicel. ECTEL’s list names the two public mobile licensees as Cable & Wireless and Digicel, and Ericsson’s 2016 contract notice counts St. Lucia among Flow’s mobile markets. Exits run on these networks where the pool has them; the order page shows which are available.
Those two are the choice here; the order page lists the countries with static IPs. Residential is the cheaper and covers listings, tariffs and search. For phone layouts and app checks, mobile is $0.50 dearer per GB; phones made 48.19% of Saint Lucian page views in October 2026.
From $3.49 per GB on a small residential order to $1.69 at the top tier, and from $3.99 to $2.19 for mobile. ISP IPs cost $4.00 and datacenter IPs $2.00 a month in the countries the order page lists. See the pricing page for each tier and what the free trial includes today.
The Saint Lucian sections we read do not name proxies or VPNs or restrict people who use them. Section 5 of the Computer Misuse Act still applies to access without lawful authority, and the Data Protection Act to personal data you collect. Not legal advice.
A stranger’s machine sits between you and the site and can record or alter the traffic, logins included. An address on AS15344 or AS33582 with country LC suggests a line on the island, and a hosting name suggests a rented server elsewhere.
Point your browser extension or HTTP client at gate.aeonproxy.com, port 7000, with the username ap_a1b2c3-cc-lc and your password. Adding -sid-slu01-time-3600 holds an exit for an hour. SOCKS5 details are in the docs.
The phone plans and tariffs we read are in EC dollars, property in US dollars, and resort offers use a plain dollar sign. At the fixed rate of 2.70 to one, store the currency with every figure.
