Priced in EC dollars
ECTEL’s 2023/24 review lists a 30-day prepaid plan with 40 GB at EC$105, a 7-day plan with 18 GB at EC$108 and 250 Mbps fixed broadband at EC$107 a month.
31K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026; Flow, Digicel and Green Dot are among the networks Grenadians use. A GB of residential costs $3.49 on small orders and $1.69 on the largest; mobile goes from $3.99 down to $2.19. The login key is -cc-gd, and the parishes and towns on offer show up in the dashboard generator.

The Grenadines Collection had 26 properties for sale in Grenada on 5 November 2026, filtered and priced in USD. Saline Island was at $26,000,000 USD and Isle de Ronde at $100,000,000 USD.
Job ads and company notices run between the news stories. On 5 November 2026 they included a chef’s post and several openings at a dental clinic.
StatCounter’s October 2026 figures give Google 86.5% of Grenadian searches and Bing 11.88%. Desktops made 62.91% of page views, with Bing on 23.64% of their searches; phones stay with Google at 98.97%, and 68.39% of them run Android. SERP proxies covers tracking both.
The preliminary 2021 census counted 109,021 people, 108,279 of them in private dwellings. St George parish holds 41.35% of those, though the town of St George’s itself has only 2,681. A login with -cc-gd sets the country; see the dashboard generator for which parishes and towns are on offer.

Population: Central Statistical Office, preliminary 2021 report, Table 17, private dwellings. Where available, exits also come from places such as Grenville, Sauteurs and St David’s. Databases can disagree on the town, so open the exit in our IP checker before you rely on it.
APNIC Labs estimates each network’s users separately, so Grenadian shares add up to more than 100%. Flow’s cable company has 93.18% and Digicel 17.05%. For phones, ECTEL’s list of March 2024 names Cable & Wireless, Digicel and Aislecom as the public mobile operators, with no shares by operator. It counted 123,822 mobile subscriptions that month, 109 per 100 people, and 83,377 on mobile broadband, the lowest rate of the five ECTEL states at 74 per 100.
| Network | Registered as | ASN | Share of Grenadian users | IPv6-capable |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Flow | Columbus Communications Grenada Ltd. | AS46650 | 93.18% | 0.04% |
| Digicel | Digicel St.Lucia Ltd | AS395561 | 17.05% | 42.56% |
| Columbus Networks | Columbus Networks USA, Inc. | AS23520 | 5.04% | 0.04% |
| Green Dot | Green Dot Grenada Ltd | AS393629 | 1.68% | 0.49% |
Users: APNIC Labs, 2 November 2026, eight networks adding up to 118.33%. IPv6: APNIC’s per-network table to 3 November 2026. GeoLite places most of Columbus Networks’ AS23520 outside Grenada, in the US, Colombia and Jamaica. Operators and subscriptions: ECTEL, Annual Sector Review 2023/2024; Aislecom has no row at APNIC, and ECTEL labels Columbus Communications as FLOW and lists Cable & Wireless as a separate licensee. APNIC’s other four rows are Starlink, Cloudflare, Akamai and the Government of Grenada. Network keys exist on US, UK and German logins only; the ASN in a lookup tells a Flow exit from a Digicel one.
Stories, notices and job ads share one feed, each stamped with its age. Count vacancy ads by employer and sector over time.
Osprey Lines sails between Grenada, Carriacou and Petite Martinique. Fare figures were missing from the HTML text of its schedule page on 5 November 2026, so store a rendered copy.
The Ports Authority lists seven ports of entry, from St George’s to Tyrrel Bay, with a tariff section and a container tracking link.
Weekly villa rentals and sales in USD, with Grenada and Carriacou among its destinations. Keep price, acreage and status; sold properties stay hidden unless you include them.
The Tourism Authority’s pages on places to stay and eat and its flight schedule. Its FAQ gives the EC dollar as local currency, with US dollars accepted.
Google’s list of country domains has none for Grenada, so send gl=gd to google.com, then repeat on Bing for desktop queries. How to check rankings by location.
Read these signed out, under each site’s own terms.
The session on -cc-gd lasts 30 minutes. A lookup that does not read GD is thrown away, the ASN gives the network name, and a small helper records which dollar a price is in.

https://ipinfo.io/jsonDigicel Grenada Limited holds the local licence, yet its network, AS395561, is registered to Digicel St.Lucia Ltd, so a lookup prints a Saint Lucia company beside a Grenadian address. GeoLite (3 November 2026) places 768 of the 1,792 announced IPv4 addresses in St George’s, another 768 in Saint Lucia and 256 in Dominica.
Green Dot’s single block of 1,024 addresses sits in Port of Spain in GeoLite, while a lookup of 12 of them at ipinfo.io on 5 November 2026 gave St George’s for all 12. On Flow’s AS46650 a lookup of 12 addresses the same day gave GD for all 12, with 11 in St George’s and one in Union Village, St Andrew. Go by the country field, as the Python tab does.
APNIC found 5.43% of Grenadian users IPv6-capable on 3 November 2026, against 25.00% across the Caribbean; Digicel reaches 42.56% and Flow 0.04%.
The Data Protection Act, 2023 (Act No. 1 of 2023) was assented to on 9 May 2023 and gazetted a day later with no date of effect. Section 1(2) leaves that to a ministerial order, and we found none; a framework document on a Government of Grenada site, dated October 2025, says the country does not have such legislation in place. Once it runs, section 4 reaches people outside Grenada who use equipment or network services there to process personal data, other than for transit, and section 24 sets up an Information Commission. We read that wording in the final Bill with House amendments, because the gazetted text would not open.
Section 5(1) of the Electronic Crimes Act, 2013 (Act No. 23 of 2013) bars gaining access to an electronic system or network, or downloading, copying or extracting data from it, knowingly or without lawful excuse or without the permission of its owner or the person in charge. Section 5(2) sets a fine of up to two hundred thousand dollars, up to three years in prison, or both. The texts we read, the Telecommunications Act (No. 31 of 2000) among them, set no registration, licence or ban for proxy or VPN users and do not mention them. Betting and casino sites are outside what we support.
Not legal advice. On 27 October 2026 LexLint listed the data act as not yet in force, dated the Electronic Crimes Act from 18 November 2016 and reported no case testing it against a scraper of a public page. An IP address on a home or mobile line in Grenada, the Caribbean state that includes Carriacou and Petite Martinique. Use it to read NOW Grenada notices, tourism and ferry pages, or Google results with gl=gd, as someone on the island sees them.
31K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026, a figure that rises and falls with the homes online. Mobile exits have no separate count, so check the order page for what is available.
The login picks Grenada as a whole with -cc-gd. Where available, parishes and towns on offer appear in the dashboard generator. After connecting, read the city and region fields in our IP checker, since databases can disagree on the town.
Households on Flow, Digicel, Columbus Networks and Green Dot, the networks APNIC lists for Grenadian users, supply the home exits. For phones, ECTEL’s list of public mobile operators reads Cable & Wireless, Digicel and Aislecom; exits run on them where the pool has them, and the order page shows availability.
Only those two are sold for Grenada; static IPs are listed by country on the order page. Residential suits listings, notices and search. Mobile is $0.50 dearer per GB, and with phones at 33.08% of Grenadian page views in October 2026, keep it for phone layouts and mobile page checks.
A GB of residential traffic is $3.49 on the smallest tier and $1.69 from 1,000 GB. Mobile runs from $3.99 to $2.19. Where the order page has them, ISP IPs are $4.00 and datacenter IPs $2.00 a month. See the pricing page for every tier and the current free trial terms.
Digicel’s AS395561 is registered to Digicel St.Lucia Ltd, and GeoLite files 1,024 of its 1,792 addresses under Saint Lucia and Dominica. GeoLite also puts Green Dot’s block in Port of Spain. Treat the company name and the database’s city as labels, and test the country field for GD.
Both occur. ECTEL lists phone and broadband plans in EC dollars, and The Grenadines Collection sells property in USD. The Tourism Authority calls the EC dollar local, says US dollars are accepted and quotes banks at 2.67 EC dollars for one US dollar in cash. Store the currency printed beside each number.
The Grenadian texts we read set no licence or ban for proxy or VPN users. Section 5 of the Electronic Crimes Act turns on lawful excuse and the owner’s permission, so stay on public pages and within each site’s terms. We found no start date for the data act; collect prices and leave names and phone numbers out. Not legal advice.
Whoever runs a free proxy can log or change what passes through it, logins included, and you rarely know who that is. Grenadian lines read AS46650 or AS395561 with country GD in a lookup, so a hosting company’s name there points to a rented server.
In a browser extension or HTTP client, enter host gate.aeonproxy.com, port 7000, username ap_a1b2c3-cc-gd and your password. Adding -sid-gnd01-time-3600 to the username keeps one exit for an hour. The docs explain SOCKS5.
