Moov Africa bundles
Kattir Internet lists volume, duration and price in FCFA for each bundle, with night and Chabab offers, a shop and eSIM pages. Keep the validity beside every price.
133 residential IPs in the pool, October 2026, on Moov Africa and Airtel connections. That is enough to read one bundle page or a few plot prices. Residential traffic is $3.49 per GB and drops to $1.69 with volume; mobile goes from $3.99 to $2.19. The login key is -cc-td, and regions and towns on offer are listed in the dashboard generator.
Chadian home connections in the pool, October 2026.
ARCEP’s observatory for 2024, as EcoMatin reported it, with Moov Africa on 7.3M of 14.8M in all.
StatCounter, October 2026. Android ran 93.16% of that mobile traffic.

Moov Africa prints its internet bundles in FCFA: 1 GB for seven days at 1250 FCFA, 20 GB for 30 days at 11.500 FCFA and 40 GB at 21.000 FCFA. Tchad Immobilier, an agency site, gives N’Djamena plots a district and a CFA price, such as an unfinished compound of 450 m² in Walia at 25 000 000 CFA and a bare plot in Boutalbagara at 5 000 000 CFA.
Of the 100 domains in Ahrefs’ October 2026 list for Chad, ranked by estimated organic search traffic, 22 end in .fr and none in .td. Its shopping filter holds only amazon.fr, 74th, and fnac.com, 92nd. In its news filter, alwihdainfo.com, 91st, sits beside bfmtv.com and ouest-france.fr.
StatCounter gave Google 97.91% of Chadian searches in October 2026 and 99.21% on phones, while Bing took 12.89% on desktops. SERP proxies covers tracking both.
The 2009 census, the latest count we could open, found 11,039,873 people, 951,418 of them in N’Djamena. Chad has 23 first-level regions. Your login picks only the country, -cc-td; the dashboard generator names the regions and towns on offer.

Population: census of 20 May 2009 as City Population prints it from INSEED; a 2019 projection there (OCHA and UNFPA) gives 15,775,400 nationally. Where available, exits also come from Toukra. In a pool this small a town may have no exit at a given moment, so open any exit in our IP checker before you rely on its town.
APNIC Labs credits AS327802, registered as Millicom Chad, with 43.02% of Chadian users and Airtel with 40.96%. We take AS327802 to be Moov Africa’s network, an inference from the operator’s history: no Chadian source we read prints the two together. ILNET comes next at 0.94%. EcoMatin, reporting ARCEP’s observatory for 2024, gives 7.3 million Moov Africa and 7.4 million Airtel subscribers, and Tchadinfos says the two share nearly all of the 14.8 million in the country.

Users: APNIC Labs, table dated 2 November 2026, 13 networks adding up to 129.61%. IPv6: to 3 November 2026, when 11.20% of Chadian users were capable, against 8.08% for Middle Africa. Starlink (AS14593) shows 43.86% of users and IPv6 of 32.72% in those tables; as a satellite network it is left out, with Cloudflare and Datacamp. Mobile: ARCEP, as EcoMatin reported it on 3 October 2025 and Tchadinfos on 1 October, with 79.3% penetration (EcoMatin). ARCEP’s 15th quality audit (November 2025) gave Moov Africa 123.86 and Airtel 98.35 out of 200 across 77 towns, and its list of authorised internet providers has 18 names. ISP and carrier keys belong to US, UK and German logins, so tell networks apart by the ASN in a lookup.

https://ipinfo.io/jsonA Chadian lookup can print a name the operator no longer trades under. No Chadian source we read prints AS327802 beside the Moov Africa brand; we match them because Moov Africa says it was Tigo Tchad, and Millicom is the company behind Tigo.
Moov Africa’s own history says the company, then called Tigo Tchad, was the first operator to launch 4G in Chad.
The Moroccan group takes over Tigo Tchad.
The company officially adopts the Moov Africa Tchad name.
Tchadinfos, reporting ARCEP’s observatory, writes Airtel and Tigo. EcoMatin, on the same report, writes Airtel and Moov Africa.
APNIC Labs lists AS327802 as MILLICOM CHAD SA, and registry-based lookups can do the same.
According to DLA Piper’s chapter, last modified 19 March 2026, Act 007/PR/2015 of 10 February 2015 protects personal data, with Decree 075/PR/2019 on how it applies and ANSICE, the national computer security agency, as the authority, and processing outside the authorisation list must be declared to ANSICE in writing. Act 009/PR/2015 on cybersecurity and cybercrime, printed in French and Arabic, punishes fraudulent access to a computer system under Article 66 with one to five years in prison, a fine of 1 to 10 million francs, or either. Article 76 sets the same penalties for processing personal data without the prior formalities, even through negligence, so leave names and numbers out of what you keep.
Article 4 of Act 009 defines 28 terms, and none is a VPN or proxy. Its Section V covers cryptology: supplying cryptology services without the approval of the authority in charge (Article 95), importing means of cryptology without a prior declaration (Article 94) and exporting them without authorisation (Article 96) each carry those same penalties. Those articles name no VPN and fall on suppliers and importers, but running an encrypted tunnel or VPN service for people in Chad through our exits is not supported. Neither Act 009 nor a text search of Act 014/PR/2014 shows a registration, licence or ban for people who use a proxy or VPN.
We did not read Acts 006, 007 or 008, which are scans, so what we say on the data act rests on DLA Piper. Parliament ratified a reform of ANSICE in March 2026 that widens its remit to social networks, digital platforms and AI systems, and a digital code was being finalised in December 2025 (Agence Ecofin). We could not open those texts.

It gives your requests a Chadian IP address on a home or phone line. Use one to see Moov Africa’s FCFA prices, a N’Djamena listing or a gl=td search result as someone in Chad does.
We have 133 residential IPs in the pool, October 2026. They are home connections, so some drop out and others appear during the day, and rotating requests soon come back to an address you have already used. That covers opening one Moov Africa bundle page, comparing a few Tchad Immobilier plots or running a handful of gl=td searches. A crawl of a whole site will not fit.
Logins select the country alone. Regions and towns on offer, where available, are in the dashboard generator, though with 133 addresses a given town may have none. Because databases differ at town level, confirm the place in our IP checker.
Mobile exits run on Moov Africa and Airtel where the pool has them; the order page shows availability. Home connections sit on the same two, with ILNET among the small ISPs. A login cannot choose, since ISP and carrier keys exist only for the US, the UK and Germany.
You can buy residential or mobile here; static IPs are sold only in the countries the order page lists. Residential is cheaper. Mobile, at $0.50 more per GB, is the one to try for phone layouts, as phones made 88% of Chadian page views in October 2026.
A residential GB falls from $3.49 to $1.69 across the tiers, and a mobile GB from $3.99 to $2.19. ISP IPs cost $4.00 and datacenter IPs $2.00 per month in the countries on the order page. See the pricing page for each tier and the current free trial terms.
AS327802 is still registered as MILLICOM CHAD SA. Maroc Telecom bought Tigo Tchad in 2019, and the Moov Africa name followed in January 2021. We read the network as Moov Africa’s, though no Chadian source we found says so outright. Accept the exit on its country field, TD, and label it from the ASN.
Mostly French on the pages we read. Tchad One has an Arabic edition, Alwihda ran an Arabic story among French ones, and Act 009 itself is printed in both languages. Send the Accept-Language header you need, then store the language that comes back.
The Chadian texts we read name neither proxies nor VPNs and do not register or license people who use them. Act 009 does punish supplying cryptology services without approval (Article 95), so an encrypted tunnel or VPN service for people in Chad through our exits is not supported. Article 66 applies to fraudulent access and Article 76 to personal data. We did not read every act and could not open the 2026 ANSICE reform. Not legal advice.
An unknown operator can log what passes through a free proxy, passwords included. A lookup helps: AS327802 or AS327756 with country TD means a local line, while a hosting company’s name there means a rented server.
Give your browser extension or HTTP client host gate.aeonproxy.com, port 7000, username ap_a1b2c3-cc-td and your password. Adding -sid-ndj01-time-1800 to the username holds one address for 30 minutes. See the docs for SOCKS5.
