CoinAfrique’s Togolese edition filters by 24 towns, Lomé, Kara, Dapaong and Tsévié among them, and carries cars, flats, plots and job offers. On 3 November 2026 a 2014 Hyundai Elantra in Lomé asked 5,000,000 CFA and a furnished two-bedroom flat to let 500,000 CFA.
Yas Togo’s site lists the ZTE A35 at 44,900 FCFA, payable from 200 FCFA a day, and Canalbox sells 50 Mb/s fibre at 15,000 FCFA a month and 200 Mb/s at 30,000 FCFA.
Search is overwhelmingly Google: 95.10% in October 2026 and 99.22% on phones, with Bing at 11.56% on desktops (StatCounter). French sites such as lequipe.fr rank high in Togolese search traffic, so use gl=tg with hl=fr, as described under SERP proxies. StatCounter logged 65.08% of October’s page views from desktops, while ARCEP counts about 45 mobile data subscriptions for each fixed one, so compare phone and desktop results.
INSEED’s census of November 2022 counted 8,095,498 residents, and the two prefectures of Grand Lomé hold 2,188,376. Togolese logins select the country alone with -cc-tg; for regions and towns, see what the dashboard generator lists.

The census treats Grand Lomé as a region of its own; GeoNames has five regions and files Lomé under Maritime, so a filter on Grand Lomé finds nothing. By census region: Grand Lomé 27.03%, Plateaux 20.21%, Maritime 16.63%, Savanes 14.13%, Kara 12.17%, Centrale 9.83%. Where available, exits also come from towns such as Bassar, Sotouboua and Sansanné-Mango. Town data varies by database, so check the exit in our IP checker if the place matters.
By APNIC Labs’ estimate, Yas Togo’s AS24691 reaches 65.50% of Togolese users, Canalbox’s AS36924 43.87% and Moov Africa’s AS37229 12.65%. These are separate estimates and overlap. Smaller networks follow far behind.

Users: APNIC Labs, 1 November 2026 (60-day window); its nine Togolese networks add up to 122.83%. IPv6: APNIC to 2 November 2026, when 18.32% of Togolese users were capable, against 19.14% a year before and 9.26% in Western Africa. Mobile lines: ARCEP. Cloudflare and Starlink are left out. Togolese logins carry no network key (only US, UK and German logins do), and the ASN that a lookup returns shows the network.
ARCEP counted 155,708 fixed internet subscriptions in the second quarter of 2026, of which 153,499 were fibre to the home, against 6,982,197 mobile data subscriptions. GVA Togo, the company behind Canalbox, carried 74.2% of fixed data traffic.
ARCEP, T2-2026. Mobile lines rose 27% in a year to 10,478,813, or 118.92% of ARCEP’s population estimate. Yas holds 64% of mobile data subscriptions and 75% of mobile data traffic, and use reached 129 MB per subscriber per day, from 75 MB a year earlier. Android ran 84.15% of Togolese mobile page views in October 2026 (StatCounter).

https://ipinfo.io/jsonThe regulator, APNIC, lookups and carrier lists each call Togo’s largest network something different, so a filter built on one name misses the rest.
The Council of Ministers sets up TOGOCOM as a holding company over Togo Telecom and Togo Cellulaire.
Its owner, Groupe Axian, renames the operator, and the TMoney wallet becomes Mixx by Yas. Some carrier lists still print Togocom.
The regulator writes YAS Togo (Togo Cellulaire) for mobile and YAS Togo (Togo Telecom) for fixed lines.
AS24691 appears as TOGOTEL-AS - IDDQD-AS, and Moov Africa’s AS37229 as ATLANTIQUE TELECOM TOGO.
ipinfo.io shows AS24691 TogoTelecom, Togo. Match on the ASN, as the Python tab does.
Law 2019-014 of 29 October 2019 governs personal data. Article 55 creates the Instance de Protection des Données à Caractère Personnel (IPDCP), an independent authority that can impose fines of up to 100,000,000 CFA francs (article 71). Processing rests on consent, with listed exceptions (article 14), and direct marketing to people who have not agreed is banned (article 26), so take prices and categories from Togolese listings and leave names and numbers behind.
Under article 8 of Law 2018-026 of 7 December 2018, accessing a computer system without right, or trying to, carries six months to two years in prison and a fine of 5,000,000 to 20,000,000 CFA francs, or one of the two. The penalties double if the system is seriously disrupted, and rise to five years where the Togolese State is harmed.
Decree 2024-071/PR of 26 December 2024 makes operators identify every subscriber before activating a SIM, and article 61 of Law 2012-018 makes operators declare encryption services or get them authorised. The texts we read set no licence, registration or ban for people who use a proxy or VPN. We do not support gambling sites.

It sends your traffic out through a Togolese address, on networks such as Yas, Canalbox and Moov Africa, so a site treats you as a visitor in Togo. People use one to collect CFA prices from CoinAfrique, see gl=tg results or test their own pages as Togolese customers get them.
The figure is 12K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026, and it changes as households go on and offline. Mobile IPs are not counted separately. Togolese mobile exits, where the pool has them, are on Yas Togo and Moov Africa Togo; availability is on the order page.
Only the country goes in the login: -cc-tg. The dashboard generator shows any regions and towns on offer, where available. Remember that lookups file Lomé under Maritime, and test the exit in our IP checker if the town has to be right.
Togolese homes and phones on Yas Togo, Canalbox and Moov Africa Togo, then on fixed providers such as CAFE Informatique and TEOLIS. No key picks one network, as network keys are offered for the US, the UK and Germany alone, but the ASN in a lookup identifies it.
They do different jobs, and they are the two options for Togo; the order page lists the countries with static IPs. Residential exits cost less and suit listings, prices and search. Mobile adds $0.50 per GB and fits app checks and phone versions of a site.
Order on the pricing page, which also has the current free trial terms. Residential is $3.49 per GB at the bottom of the ladder and $1.69 at the top; mobile is $3.99 to $2.19. ISP IPs at $4.00 and datacenter IPs at $2.00 per IP per month are sold in the countries the order page lists.
The Togolese texts we read do not license, register or ban proxy or VPN users. What applies is general: article 8 of Law 2018-026 on access without right, Law 2019-014 on personal data, and the terms of each site you read. Not legal advice.
A stranger’s machine sits between you and every site, able to read or change what you send, logins included. Run a lookup before you trust it. Togolese lines show AS24691, AS36924 or AS37229 with country TG; rented servers show a hosting company’s name.
In your browser extension, app or script, set the proxy to gate.aeonproxy.com on port 7000, with the username ap_a1b2c3-cc-tg and your password. For one exit over two hours, add -sid-lfw01-time-7200 to the username. SOCKS5 settings are in the docs.
Yas has been the brand since November 2024, while registries and lookup services keep older names: ipinfo.io prints TogoTelecom, Togo for AS24691 and APNIC prints TOGOTEL-AS. Moov Africa reads as ATLANTIQUE TELECOM TOGO and Canalbox as GVA Cote d’Ivoire SAS. Filter on the ASN.
XOF, the West African franc issued by the BCEAO, fixed at 655.957 to the euro, though sites print CFA, FCFA or Fr. Gabon and Cameroon use XAF at the same rate, so store the ISO code if you collect across both zones.
