Jobinrwanda.com is 35th in Rwanda in Ahrefs’ estimate of search traffic for October 2026. On 3 November 2026 it held 77 jobs, 79 tenders, nine consultancies and eight internships, each with an employer, a place and a deadline.
HouseInRwanda’s home page printed 102 prices in francs on 3 November 2026, 56 of them monthly rents, such as 750,000 RWF a month for a furnished apartment. A furnished house for sale stood at 290,000,000 RWF.
CanalBox sells 50 Mbps for 25,000 RWF a month and 200 Mbps for 40,000 RWF. Mobile bundles averaged 0.2310 Frw per MB on Airtel and 0.9967 Frw on MTN in the second quarter of 2026, by RURA’s count.
Google had 93.75% of Rwandan searches in October 2026 and 99.42% of those on phones, while Bing took 9.83% on desktops (StatCounter). Desktops produced 57.47% of page views and phones 41.84%, so a rank check needs both. Setup notes are under SERP proxies.
The census of August 2022 counted 13,246,394 residents, 27.9% of them urban, with 1,745,555 in the City of Kigali, 13.2% of the country. NISR publishes by district, so each row gives a district’s urban residents next to the town that place lists print. A Rwandan login picks the country, -cc-rw; the regions and cities on offer are in the dashboard generator.

APNIC Labs estimates each network separately, so its shares add up to 133.52%: MTN has 51.58% of Rwandan users, Airtel 31.40% on one ASN and 27.92% on another, and CanalBox 10.94%.

RURA counted 84,152 fixed broadband subscriptions on 30 June 2026, against 11,109,432 mobile internet subscriptions, of which 6,313,338 were on 4G and 3,551,736 on EDGE.

MaxMind’s GeoLite data names Ruhengeri on an MTN range and Butare on two Liquid ranges; the census tables have Musanze and Huye. GeoNames links Butare to Huye District, Cyangugu to Rusizi and Kibuye to Karongi, and the census has a Gisenyi sector in Rubavu.
Listings split in a similar way. On 3 November 2026 the 20 recent ads on IMALI priced four rents in dollars, $ 1,500 for a house and $ 550 for an apartment among them, and 16 sales in francs, such as a plot at RWF 60,000,000. HouseInRwanda’s home page printed francs only, so store the currency beside each figure.
A price parser also has to accept four spellings of the franc: Frw in RURA’s reports, FRW in Law n° 60/2018, RWF at HouseInRwanda and CanalBox, and Rwf at Murukali.
Law n° 058/2021 of 13 October 2021 protects personal data and privacy, with the National Cyber Security Authority as supervisor. Article 29 requires data controllers and processors to register, and article 50 requires them to store personal data in Rwanda unless their registration certificate allows storage abroad. Names and phone numbers in a public advert count as personal data; prices, counts and dates can be collected without them.
Article 16 of Law n° 60/2018 on cyber crimes punishes unauthorised access to a computer or its data with six months to two years in prison and a fine of FRW 1,000,000 to 2,000,000. Neither law names proxies or VPNs, and no rule on their use appeared in what we read. We did not read the ICT law or RURA’s network security regulation, so one may exist there. The two laws we read, Law n° 058/2021 on personal data and Law n° 60/2018 on cyber crimes, do not name proxies or VPNs; the ICT law was not among them. Unauthorised access is an offence under article 16 of the second, and personal data you collect falls under the first. Not legal advice.
Whoever runs a free proxy can read and keep what passes through it, passwords included, and you have no way of finding out who that is. A lookup shows only what the address is: a Rwandan line has AS36890, AS327707 or AS36924 with country RW, while a rented server shows a hosting company’s name.

The org field prints the holder of the address block. Addresses on AS36924, which we count as CanalBox’s network, read “AS36924 GVA Cote d’Ivoire SAS”, and Liquid ranges can read “AS36937 Liquid Telecommunications South Africa (Pty) Ltd”, even where the city reads Kigali. Go by the country field.
