Shopee and Lazada top Philippine shopping traffic. Similarweb’s September 2026 ranking puts shopee.ph first and lazada.com.ph second, followed by amazon.com, temu.com and the classifieds site carousell.ph. Price and seller tracking on Shopee and Lazada, and asking prices on Carousell, are the core retail jobs for a Philippine exit.
Advertising is the second. Facebook’s ad tools reach 95.8 million people in the Philippines, 97.7% of the country’s internet users, and Facebook sends 80.97% of the social referrals StatCounter measured in September 2026. TikTok reports 64.0 million adult users. Checking how your own campaigns render for Filipino audiences means requesting from Philippine IP space.
Jobs data looks unusual too: indeed.com ranks first in the Philippine jobs category, ahead of onlinejobs.ph and jobstreet.com, and the US site zillow.com sits above lamudi.com.ph in real estate.

Two Cebu City requests landed in neighbouring Mandaue City and two in Iloilo, on another island; two Manila requests went to Candelaria and Pagbilao in Calabarzon, one Davao City request to Bislig in Caraga. Our 40-exit country sample spread over 28 cities in 9 regions; Quezon City came up most often, with 5 exits.
PLDT, Converge and Globe reach 79% of the Philippine users APNIC Labs measures. Our residential sample of 40 exits came mostly from the first two.

https://ipinfo.io/jsonOnly 21.5% of Philippine users can use IPv6 (APNIC Labs, 25 October 2026), a third of Vietnam’s rate. The national figure hides wide gaps between networks.
Where IPv6 is missing, users share public IPv4 addresses. Converge announces 514,048 IPv4 addresses for the 15.4 million users APNIC estimates on its network, and Smart Broadband 176,384 for 6.6 million, so one Philippine IPv4 address commonly stands for many households or phones. Pace requests on a single exit accordingly.
Geolocation databases put most Philippine address space in the capital. In DB-IP’s October 2026 file, 70.2% of the country’s IPv4 addresses sit in the National Capital Region, with Makati at 19.9% and Mandaluyong at 13.9%. Treat a Makati or Mandaluyong label on a broadband exit as a possible database default rather than a confirmed street.
The Negros Island Region, created by Republic Act 12000 in June 2024 from Negros Occidental, Negros Oriental and Siquijor, does not exist yet in GeoNames or DB-IP. DB-IP files Bacolod addresses under Western Visayas and Dumaguete under Central Visayas, so match on those names if you work with Negros.
Republic Act 11934 required every SIM to be registered to an identity before activation; it took effect on 28 October 2022.
The deadline passed with 105.9 million SIMs registered; unregistered ones lost service and were permanently deactivated from 31 July.
Republic Act 12000 created the Negros Island Region, which geolocation data has not picked up.
Republic Act 12023 put 12% VAT on digital services that nonresident providers sell into the Philippines, so app and subscription prices there can include it.
Republic Act 12234 opened data transmission to new entrants without a congressional franchise and made infrastructure sharing mandatory.
The Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) applies to the processing of personal information, in some cases also by controllers outside the country, and the National Privacy Commission enforces it. On 13 April 2026 the Commission adopted NPC Advisory 2026-01 on scraping publicly available personal data: public availability is not consent, scraping needs a lawful basis and a privacy impact assessment, and large-scale collection and profiling draw closer scrutiny, with administrative, civil and criminal liability possible.
The Cybercrime Prevention Act (Republic Act 10175, Section 4(a)(1)) punishes access to a computer system without right, and the SIM Registration Act punishes registering a SIM under a false identity with six months to two years in prison. Collect prices, listings and rankings from public pages; leave personal data out.

It routes your traffic through a Philippine address, so websites treat the request as local. It pays off when results depend on that: Shopee or Lazada prices, local Google results, how your own ads display, or QA before a Philippine launch.
115K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026; the exact number moves as households connect and disconnect. We publish no mobile count. In a 12-exit mobile test on 26 October 2026 the exits came from DITO (4), PLDT (3), Globe (4 across its two networks) and Smart Broadband (1).
Yes, where available: regions with -st-metromanila, -st-calabarzon, -st-centralluzon, -st-centralvisayas or -st-davaoregion, cities with keys such as -city-cebucity or -city-davaocity. Our 26 October 2026 test placed 24 of 24 region-targeted and 17 of 24 city-targeted exits where asked, according to ipinfo.io.
Our gateway takes the common name, Metro Manila, and refuses nationalcapitalregion with 407, while ipinfo.io and DB-IP label the same area “National Capital Region”. Match that label in code that checks the exit.
In our 40-exit residential sample: PLDT 19, Converge 11, Globe 4 and six smaller networks with one each. That follows the market, where PLDT, Converge and Globe reach 79% of users in APNIC’s data. Network keys are not offered for the Philippines.
Residential suits marketplace and search collection across many cities. Mobile is the closer match for app and ad checks in a country where phones produce 58% of page views and 96% of Smart’s subscribers are prepaid. Take a static ISP IP when your own account should keep one address; check Philippine stock on the order page.
Often, yes. Most Philippine networks hand out little IPv6, and Converge or Smart Broadband serve millions of users from a few hundred thousand IPv4 addresses, so one address stands for many people. Keep the request rate per exit modest: you share its reputation with everyone else behind it.
Philippine rules focus on what you collect and how. The limits come from the Data Privacy Act, which NPC Advisory 2026-01 applies to scraped public personal data, from the Cybercrime Prevention Act’s ban on access without right, and from the SIM law. Non-personal data such as prices and listings is the safe ground. This is not legal advice.
Rarely. Nobody accountable runs them, so the operator can log or tamper with what passes through, and the addresses tend to be servers that sites already distrust. For a test, use our free trial instead; its current terms are on the pricing page.
Point a browser, an extension or your HTTP client at gate.aeonproxy.com:7000 and log in with -cc-ph in the username, plus a region or city key if you need one. The Python tab above checks the exit before using it; the docs cover protocols and error codes.
The five exits shown at the top measured 185 to 231 ms round trip between the exit and Frankfurt, where our gateway runs, on 26 October 2026. Inside the country, networks peer at Manila exchanges such as GetaFIX (126 networks on PeeringDB) and BBIX (100).
