Similarweb’s September 2026 ranking of e-commerce in Pakistan puts three local sites on top: daraz.pk, olx.com.pk and priceoye.pk, a phone and electronics shop, with Amazon and AliExpress fourth and fifth. Daraz advertises more than 15 million products, delivered across the country with cash on delivery.
In property, zameen.com heads the real-estate list and builds its listing pages city by city, down to localities such as DHA Defence in Islamabad. pakwheels.com leads the vehicles category, and the job board rozee.pk is fifth among career sites.
Google answers 95.1% of searches in Pakistan and Bing 3.75% (StatCounter, September 2026). Desktop edges out mobile with 50.61% of page views against 48.42%, and Android accounts for 89.77% of mobile page views, so a Pakistani test plan needs a desktop browser and an Android phone.
The 2023 census counted 241.5 million people and ten cities above a million. These are the city keys our gateway accepted on 27 October 2026; ipinfo.io uses the same English province names.
| City | Province as ipinfo names it | Population, census 2023 | City key |
|---|---|---|---|
| Karachi | Sindh | 18.87M | karachi |
| Lahore | Punjab | 13M | lahore |
| Faisalabad | Punjab | 3.69M | faisalabad |
| Rawalpindi | Punjab | 3.36M | rawalpindi |
| Multan | Punjab | 2.22M | multan |
| Peshawar | Khyber Pakhtunkhwa | 1.91M | peshawar |
| Islamabad | Islamabad | 1.11M | islamabad |
Province keys: punjab, sindh, khyberpakhtunkhwa, balochistan and islamabad; islamabadcapitalterritory is refused. Province targeting placed 21 of 24 exits where asked, and all three misses were Islamabad requests: two went to Rawalpindi and one to Attock, both in Punjab. City targeting matched 20 of 24. Three Islamabad requests ended up in Rawalpindi, Mardan and Karachi, one Faisalabad request in Rabwah. Rawalpindi was the most common answer to an Islamabad request, so check an Islamabad exit before you rely on it. Of the 38 untargeted exits, Karachi had 8, Lahore 6, Islamabad 5 and Bahawalpur 3; Punjab held 23 of them.
APNIC Labs puts Cybernet’s fixed network just ahead of PTCL among Pakistani users. PTA counted 3.0 million fibre-to-the-home lines in August 2026, PTCL with 943,181 and Cybernet with 730,316, followed by Nayatel, Connect and Wancom.

| Connect | Fixed, fibre | AS132165 | 3.8% | 12.2% | 2 |
| Nayatel | Fixed, fibre | AS23674 | 3.4% | 59.4% | 1 |
| Wancom | Fixed, fibre | AS136525 | 2.36% | 2.4% | 3 |
Share of users: APNIC Labs, 25 October 2026. Its estimates overlap, so the shares of all Pakistani networks add up to more than 100%. IPv6: the share of each network’s users that can use it, 30 days to 26 October 2026. Last column: a sample of 38 residential and 12 mobile exits through our gateway on 27 October 2026, placed by ipinfo.io; the other 17 residential exits came from 14 smaller ISPs such as Galaxy Broadband, Netpoint and Trans World. Network keys exist for the US, the UK and Germany only, so in Pakistan read the ASN of each exit.

https://ipinfo.io/jsonIPv6-capable share of each network’s users over the 30 days to 26 October 2026 (APNIC Labs). Pakistan overall stood at 23.47% that day.
The carriers’ IPv4 space is small. ipinfo.io counts 74,240 IPv4 addresses on Jazz, 39,936 on Ufone, 20,480 on Zong and 13,568 on Telenor, while PTA recorded 211.2 million mobile subscriptions in August 2026. Our reading, which no operator states, is that each carrier IPv4 address is shared by many phones. PTCL is the reverse case: 3.85 million of the 5.97 million IPv4 addresses ipinfo.io places in Pakistan, and almost no IPv6.
PTA counted 211.2 million mobile subscriptions in August 2026. Jazz had 36.13% of them, Zong 26.83%, Telenor 20.98%, Ufone 15.05% and SCO 1.01%. Mobile broadband is almost all 4G: fewer than 3 million of the 162.3 million 3G and 4G subscriptions are 3G, and Jazz reports none.
Telenor Group completed the sale of Telenor Pakistan to PTCL, part of the e& group, on 31 December 2025. PTCL already owned Ufone, so one group now has about 36% of mobile subscriptions. The two networks keep their brands and their ASNs, AS24499 and AS56167, and PTA still reports them apart.
Our mobile sample of 12 exits on 27 October 2026 came from Jazz (6), Telenor (3), Zong (2) and Ufone (1). ipinfo.io labels them by company: “JPL /LDI IP TRANSIT” is Jazz, “CMPak Limited” is Zong and “PTML” is Ufone.
PTA, the telecoms regulator, requires VPNs used in Pakistan to be registered with it, and it has said it may act against people who use a VPN without registering. Registration is free on its portal, ipregistration.pta.gov.pk. Under PTA’s notice of 16 November 2024, software houses, call centres, banks, embassies and freelancers apply with a CNIC, company and taxpayer details and the IP address the VPN connects from; an individual who needs a VPN for commercial work applies as a freelancer.
Unregistered VPN use from Pakistan breaks PTA’s rules. AeonProxy does not support it, whether as a route to our gateway or in place of a registered VPN. The use this page describes is collecting public, logged-out pages through Pakistani exits, within each site’s terms.
Pakistan has no general data-protection act in force: none appears in the Senate’s register of Acts in October 2026. The Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act 2016, amended in January 2025, covers computer crime. Treat names and phone numbers in listings as personal data all the same, and leave them out.
Not legal advice. Court cases on scraping, 2022–2026.Join @aeonprox, link our bot and test residential or mobile proxies for 72 hours. No card needed.
Our gateway hands your requests to a connection inside Pakistan, usually a home broadband line, and the site answers that address. You see what a Pakistani visitor sees: Daraz and PriceOye prices, OLX and Zameen listings, Google results for Karachi or Lahore, and your own app or ads as Pakistanis get them.
2.76M+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026, a number that moves as home connections come and go. We publish no mobile count; a sample of 12 mobile exits on 27 October 2026 came from Jazz, Telenor, Zong and Ufone. A free trial exists; see the pricing page for its current terms.
City keys work where available: -city-karachi, -city-lahore, -city-islamabad, -city-rawalpindi, -city-faisalabad, -city-multan and -city-peshawar. Province keys are -st-punjab, -st-sindh, -st-khyberpakhtunkhwa, -st-balochistan and -st-islamabad. In our 27 October 2026 test, ipinfo.io placed 21 of 24 province requests and 20 of 24 city requests where asked.
In our test all three province misses and three of the four city misses were Islamabad requests, and Rawalpindi came up in three of those six. Geolocation databases disagree at city level, so a miss does not prove the exit is elsewhere. When the exact city matters, keep the retry loop and accept Islamabad only.
Of 38 home-line exits in our 27 October 2026 sample, Cybernet supplied 11, PTCL 4 and Wancom 3, and the rest came from 16 smaller networks. ISP and carrier keys exist for the US, the UK and Germany only, so in Pakistan you filter by ASN instead.
Lookup services print the registered company, and the brand is often missing. Jazz’s AS45669 shows as JPL /LDI IP TRANSIT, Zong as CMPak Limited, Ufone as PTML and Cybernet as Cyber Internet Services. Match on the AS number when you sort exits.
Residential when you read Daraz prices, OLX listings or Google results from a home line. Mobile for app and mobile-page tests on Pakistani carriers, which reach many sites over IPv6. An ISP proxy is a static address that stays yours for the rental, for logged-in work on your own accounts; the order page shows whether Pakistan is in stock.
PTA requires VPNs used in Pakistan to be registered with it and has warned that it may act against unregistered use. Unregistered VPN use from Pakistan is not supported on AeonProxy. Pakistan had no general data-protection act in force in October 2026; PECA 2016 covers computer crime. This is not legal advice.
A free proxy’s operator is usually unknown and can read anything you send unencrypted. Look up the ASN of a free Pakistani exit before you trust it: ipinfo.io counts 17,530 hosting IPs in Pakistan, and an exit on one of them is a server in a data centre.
Enter gate.aeonproxy.com with port 7000 in your browser extension, scraper or HTTP client, with a login such as ap_a1b2c3-cc-pk and your password. Add a province, a city or -sid-…-ttl-… for a sticky session after it. The developer tabs show Python and cURL, and the docs list the other protocols.
They share an owner. PTCL, part of the e& group, completed its purchase of Telenor Pakistan on 31 December 2025 and already owned Ufone. Both still run as separate networks with their own ASNs, AS24499 and AS56167, and PTA reported them separately in August 2026.
