The five busiest shopping sites in the UAE in September 2026 were amazon.ae, temu.com, noon.com, dubizzle.com and amazon.com (Similarweb). Two of them are foreign storefronts, so a shopper in Dubai sees local and international offers side by side, and a retailer tracking the market needs both views from a UAE address.
Property is the second big data set. Property Finder and Bayut lead Similarweb’s UAE real-estate ranking, with dxbinteract.com in fifth place. Travel comes next: emirates.com, airarabia.com and skyscanner.ae are among the five busiest UAE travel sites.
Most of this traffic arrives from phones. Mobile devices made 60.04% of UAE page views in September 2026, and iPhones 26.68% of the mobile ones (StatCounter). Google has 93.47% of UAE search, Bing 3.96% and Yandex 1.8%.
ipinfo.io places 69% of the UAE’s IP addresses in Dubai, 18% in Abu Dhabi and 5% in Sharjah. The keys below are the ones our gateway accepted on 26 October 2026; the last column counts the exits of an untargeted sample that ipinfo.io placed in the UAE.
| Emirate | Region key | City key | Exits in our sample |
|---|---|---|---|
| Dubai | dubai | dubai | 17 |
| Abu Dhabi | abudhabi | abudhabi | 13 (9 Abu Dhabi, 4 Al Ain) |
| Sharjah | Refused | sharjah | 6 |
| Ajman | ajman | ajman | 2 |
| Fujairah | Not tested | Not tested | 1 |
Region targeting put 23 of 24 exits in the emirate asked for; the miss was an Abu Dhabi request that ipinfo.io placed in Sharjah. City targeting matched 22 of 24, and both misses were Sharjah requests, one placed in Dibba Al-Fujairah and one in Abu Dhabi. Sharjah works only as a city key. alain is refused; Al Ain exits come under the Abu Dhabi region, where ipinfo.io calls the city “Al Ain City”. Other emirates were not tested.
e& (formerly Etisalat) and du between them reach 94% of the UAE internet users APNIC Labs measures. The remaining 6% is spread over about 170 small networks, many of them hosting and cloud providers, which is where datacenter “UAE IPs” come from.
| Network | ASN | Share of UAE users | IPv6 | Exits in our sample |
|---|---|---|---|---|

APNIC Labs, users per network on 24 October 2026 and IPv6 capability over 30 days to 25 October 2026; the UAE overall is at 50.52%. e& announces its IPv4 space from AS5384 and its main IPv6 block, 2001:8f8::/32, from AS8966 (RIPEstat, 26 October 2026); du uses AS15802 for both. UAE-IX in Dubai lists 105 connected networks on PeeringDB. ISP and carrier keys exist for the US, UK and Germany only, so in the UAE read each exit’s ASN.

https://ipinfo.io/jsoniOS ran 26.68% of UAE mobile page views in September 2026, more than four times its Indian share, and Android the remaining 73.3% (StatCounter). Expect a real UAE audience to include many iPhones when you plan app and mobile-page checks.
e& and du run mobile and home service on the same ASNs, so the network number alone does not tell you whether an exit is a phone. Our mobile sample of 12 exits on 26 October 2026 came from du (8) and e& (4).
DataReportal’s Digital 2026 report, using GSMA Intelligence and UN figures, counts 23.0 million mobile connections for 11.4 million people, or 202% of the population. Its late-2025 ad-reach figures put Facebook at 9.70 million, YouTube at 8.37 million and Instagram at 8.05 million.
The rule a proxy user in the UAE has to know is Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on countering rumours and cybercrimes. In December 2024 the UAE Public Prosecution warned, as Gulf News reported, that under its Article 10 anyone who circumvents a network’s IP address, using another party’s address or other means, to commit an offence or prevent its discovery faces temporary imprisonment and/or a fine of AED 500,000 to 2,000,000.
That use is not supported on AeonProxy: no UAE exit may be used to commit or conceal an offence. Use UAE addresses for public, logged-out data such as prices, listings, fares and rankings, within each site’s terms, and leave personal details out unless you have checked the UAE data-protection rules that apply to you.

A gateway login that routes your requests through a connection in the Emirates, usually a household line on e& or du. It is useful when a site answers differently inside the UAE: prices on amazon.ae and noon.com, property listings, airline fares, Google results for Dubai, or your own app as UAE users see it.
206K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026. The number moves as home connections come online and drop off. There is no separate mobile count; our 26 October sample of mobile exits came from du and e&. A free trial exists, and the pricing page has the current terms.
Yes, where available. City keys are -city-dubai, -city-abudhabi, -city-sharjah and -city-ajman; region keys are -st-dubai, -st-abudhabi and -st-ajman. Sharjah is refused as a region, so use its city key. In our 26 October 2026 test ipinfo.io placed 23 of 24 region requests and 22 of 24 city requests where asked.
Of the exits in our 26 October 2026 sample that ipinfo.io placed in the UAE, 30 came from e& (AS5384) and 9 from du (AS15802). That mirrors the market, where APNIC Labs finds 94% of UAE users on the two operators. You cannot pick the operator in the UAE; network keys are offered for the US, UK and Germany only.
Residential for prices, listings and search from a household line. Mobile for apps and mobile pages, since phones make up 60% of UAE page views. ISP proxies keep one static address for long sessions on your own accounts; whether UAE ISP IPs are in stock is shown on the order page.
The UAE Public Prosecution has warned that Article 10 of Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 punishes using another address, or other means, to commit an offence or hide it, with prison and/or a fine of AED 500,000 to 2,000,000. Any such use of our exits is not supported. This is not legal advice; ask a UAE lawyer before a sensitive project.
A free proxy’s operator can log every site you visit and read whatever is not encrypted. In the UAE an address outside AS5384, AS8966 and AS15802 is most likely a server: ipinfo.io counts 131,631 hosting IPs and 23 VPN providers there. Look up the ASN before you trust any exit.
Enter gate.aeonproxy.com:7000 as an HTTP proxy in your browser, scraper or client, with -cc-ae appended to your login; a city, a region or -sid-…-ttl-… for a sticky session go after it. The developer tabs above show Python and cURL; the docs cover the other protocol options.
e& announces its IPv4 addresses from AS5384 and its main IPv6 block, 2001:8f8::/32, from AS8966 (RIPEstat, 26 October 2026). The same household can appear under either number depending on the protocol, so treat both as e&.
On 26 October 2026 the five exits shown at the top took 122 to 129 ms for a round trip between the exit and Frankfurt, where our gateway runs. Add whatever the target site itself needs to respond.
