Phone plans
Two prices on one plan
Monaco Telecom charges 7.99 € a month for LIVE ESSENTIAL to fibre customers and 25.99 € to everyone else. Live Monaco, 100 GB from 19.99 €, is reserved for Monegasques and Enfants du Pays who already have its fibre.

Coverage
Monte-Carlo, La Rousse and the six other districts of Monaco
The census counted 38,857 residents on 31 December 2025 in eight districts, and more than four in ten live in Monte-Carlo or La Rousse. Targeting works at country level with -cc-mc; for any regions or cities on offer, where available, see the dashboard generator.

Residents and housing: IMSEE, 2025 Population Census, May 2026. Resales and prices: IMSEE, Monaco en chiffres 2026. GeoLite files 7 of AS6758’s 17 IPv4 blocks under city Monaco and 10 under none (data of 3 November 2026), so a GeoLite lookup will not name a district. Open an exit in our IP checker to see what it reports.
Networks
Monaco Telecom on AS6758
APNIC Labs puts 86.86% of Monaco’s users on this one company. No other row in its table is a household ISP: the rest are VPN, hosting, cloud and satellite operators, plus a resort company’s own network.

APNIC Labs gives the users (2 November 2026) and the IPv6 share (table to 3 November 2026). RIPEstat’s announced IPv4, merged and read 5 November 2026, works out at about 0.58 of APNIC’s 34,268 estimated users per address. Logins can choose a network only in the US, the UK and Germany, so read AS6758 in a lookup instead.

A fresh Monaco address for each page, with the country checked first
Each session lasts ten minutes on -cc-mc. The script drops any lookup outside MC and any address it has used, then waits a minute before asking again.

Two countries, one plan
Monaco and France share phone plans, and lookups still tell them apart
Every Monaco Telecom plan we read includes unlimited calls and texts “depuis Monaco et la France métropolitaine” to both places, and any data allowance counts in both. IMSEE’s national mobile use means use starting in Monaco or France, 3.28 billion MB in 2025, and roaming means anywhere else, 3.17 billion MB against 1.30 billion MB in 2024.
GeoLite files all 17 of AS6758’s IPv4 blocks under MC. The networks differ as well: 2.38% of users on AS6758 were IPv6-capable in APNIC’s table, in a country reading of 3.31% against 85.98% for France.
The 2025 census found 144 nationalities: 24.0% Monegasque, 21.3% French, 19.5% Italian and 7.9% British. The bus company’s site has eight menu languages. Set Accept-Language for the audience you want, and record the language that comes back.
Monaco’s Law 1.565, Article 389-1 and the cryptology rule
Law No. 1.565 of 3 December 2024 on personal data (Journal de Monaco, 13 December 2024) repealed Law No. 1.165 of 1993, and its Article 37 created the Autorité de Protection des Données Personnelles (APDP). Article 3 reaches controllers outside Monaco when they offer goods or services to people there or monitor their behaviour. Articles 53 and 54 cap administrative fines at €5 million or, for a company, 2% of worldwide annual turnover, and at €10 million or 4%, the higher amount in each case. An agent’s name and number in a listing are personal data, so store the price and district on their own.
Article 389-1 of the Code pénal punishes fraudulently accessing or remaining in an information system with two years in prison and a fine, or three years where data or the system is damaged. Article 389-2 sets five years for fraudulently hindering or altering how a system works. Article 36 of Law No. 1.383 of 2011 is a general encryption rule: using cryptology is free, while supplying, transferring, importing or exporting tools that do more than authenticate or check integrity needs a prior declaration, with some exemptions. It names neither VPNs nor proxies. None of these three texts registers, licenses or bans people who use proxies or VPNs, and we did not open Monaco’s telecommunications legislation. We do not support gambling sites.
Not legal advice. French texts read on Legimonaco on 5 November 2026. For scraping rulings, see our 2022 to 2026 court review.

Your traffic leaves through a Monegasque IP address on a Monaco Telecom line, and sites see a visitor in the principality. It is for a single look, such as one property listing or your own ad on Monaco Tribune.
The count is 67 residential IPs in the pool, October 2026, so a rotating login meets the same handful of addresses within a short run. Each is a person’s home line, which means the group changes over the day. Plan for a single Chambre Immobilière listing or a check of your own banner on Monaco Tribune; a crawl of the whole site is more than 67 addresses can carry. Mobile lines have no separate count, and the order page shows what is available.
Logins select the country, -cc-mc. Look in the dashboard generator for any regions or cities on offer, where available. GeoLite prints Monaco or no town at all, so open the exit in our IP checker to see what it reports.
Homes and phones on Monaco Telecom, AS6758, the one household network in APNIC’s table for the country, with 86.86% of its user estimate. Choosing a network at login is possible on US, UK and German logins only.
Monaco Telecom’s, which reported 46,470 mobile subscriptions at the end of 2025, 24,523 of them for households. Mobile exits use it where the pool has them, and the order page shows availability.
For this country the choice is between those two; static ISP and datacenter IPs are sold in the countries the order page lists. Listings, news and search run on residential, the cheaper of the two. At $0.50 more per GB, mobile fits phone layouts, with phones at 38.33% of page views in October 2026.
Residential traffic is $3.49 per GB at the smallest tier and $1.69 at the largest, and mobile is $3.99 to $2.19. For the countries on the order page, ISP IPs are $4.00 and datacenter IPs $2.00 per month. The pricing page has every step and the free trial’s current terms.
Go by what the job needs. A Monaco Telecom line reads country MC on AS6758, and a French exit reads FR on Free, Orange, Bouygues or SFR. A site that sorts visitors by country sees two separate places, even though Monaco Telecom’s plans bundle them.
Law No. 1.565, the Code pénal and Law No. 1.383 do not name proxies or VPNs; we did not read the telecommunications legislation. Article 389-1 covers fraudulent access to a system, and the data law covers personal details. Not legal advice.
A free proxy’s owner is unknown to you and can log or alter your traffic, logins included. Do a lookup first: AS6758 with country MC is a Monaco Telecom line; a hosting name in that field points to a rented server.
Use gate.aeonproxy.com on port 7000 with the username ap_a1b2c3-cc-mc and your password, in a browser extension, an app or your own code. Append -sid-mc01-time-1800 to the username for 30 minutes on one exit. See the docs for SOCKS5.
