Finland proxies for Tori, Etuovi and Nettiauto listings and Verkkokauppa.com prices
6K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026, on Elisa, DNA and Telia home connections and on regional fibre networks such as Lounea and Valoo. Residential starts at $3.49 per GB and comes down to $1.69 with volume; mobile runs from $3.99 to $2.19. The login key is -cc-fi; regions and towns on offer appear in the dashboard generator.
Tori.fi was the 11th most visited site in Finland in September 2026 and heads Similarweb’s Finnish e-commerce list, ahead of Oikotie (26th overall) and Etuovi (28th). Its app says more than 3 million Finns buy or sell on it every month.
Housing
100,425 listings on Etuovi
On 31 October 2026 Etuovi carried 100,425 listings: 60,280 homes for sale, 26,790 rentals, 6,717 plots and 4,392 holiday homes. Vuokraovi, first in the real estate category, showed 75,000 rental ads.
Retail
Tokmanni, Verkkokauppa.com and Prisma
The three lead Similarweb’s Finnish marketplace category. Prices are in euros; VAT is 25.5%, or 13.5% on food since 1 January 2026.
Search
Bing on desktops, Google on phones
Google had 86.33% of Finnish searches in September 2026 and Bing 5.60%, but on desktops Bing rose to 11.55% (StatCounter). Desktops and phones were level, with 49.93% and 48.52% of page views. Desktop rank checks therefore need Bing next to Google, as set out under SERP proxies.
Coverage
Uusimaa, Pirkanmaa and the regions further north
Statistics Finland counted 5,652,881 residents at the end of 2025, and Uusimaa, with Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa, holds 31.84% of them. A Finnish login sets only the country, -cc-fi; the regions and towns on offer are listed in the dashboard generator.
Population: Statistics Finland, 31 December 2025, municipalities grouped by the regions of 2026. GeoNames lists the regions in English, as Southwest Finland or North Ostrobothnia, and keeps Åland apart under its own code. Where available, exits also come from towns such as Porvoo, Lohja, Järvenpää, Seinäjoki, Lappeenranta, Savonlinna, Kajaani and Laitila. If the town matters, open the exit in our IP checker first: two databases can place one address in different towns.
Networks
Elisa, DNA and Telia, then regional fibre
APNIC Labs places 31.40% of Finnish internet users on Elisa’s network, 30.27% on DNA’s and 21.35% on Telia’s, 83.02% between them. Regional fibre companies follow, led by Lounea with three ASNs and by Valoo.

Users: APNIC Labs, 29 October 2026; Lounea’s share adds its three ASNs, and its IPv6 figure is that of AS52056. IPv6: APNIC’s Finnish table to 30 October 2026. Mobile shares: Traficom, 30 June 2026, with 1% for all other operators. Hosting and cloud networks (Glesys, Hetzner, UpCloud, Datacamp), the CSC research network and the Swedish ISP Bahnhof are left out. Åland’s operator, Ålands Telekommunikation (AS3238), is measured under AX. On a Finnish exit the ASN names the network, since network keys are offered for the US, the UK and Germany only.
Fixed broadband
Finnish fixed broadband subscriptions by operator
Traficom counted 2,129,000 fixed broadband subscriptions on 30 June 2026, 1,817,000 of them on fibre to the building or the home. DNA has the largest share, unlike in mobile, where Elisa leads.

Mainland or Åland: FI and AX in one check
This login keeps one Finnish exit (-cc-fi) for 30 minutes. The script decides up front whether Åland’s code, AX, counts, and maps Swedish town names to Finnish ones before comparing.

A Finnish quirk
Swedish town names, and Åland under AX
Finland has two national languages. Swedish is the first language of 284,611 residents, 5.0% of the population at the end of 2025, and Statistics Finland gives every municipality a Swedish name: Helsinki is Helsingfors, Turku is Åbo, Pietarsaari is Jakobstad and Parainen is Pargas. Place lists for Finnish addresses mix the two, printing Jakobstad, Pargas, Karis and Lovisa in Swedish next to Tampere and Oulu in Finnish.
Åland, a region of 30,836 people in Statistics Finland’s tables, has its own ISO code, AX. GeoNames keeps it outside Finland’s regions, APNIC measures it separately (Ålands Telekommunikation reaches 96.72% of its users), and MaxMind places the operator’s address blocks in AX, with Mariehamn as the town where one is given. A filter that accepts only FI therefore drops those exits.
Åland is also outside the EU VAT area, and the Tax Administration treats goods moving between Åland and the mainland as imports.
Data protection and computer break-in rules in Finland
The GDPR applies in Finland together with the Data Protection Act (tietosuojalaki 1050/2018), in force since 1 January 2019. Its § 8 names the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuojavaltuutettu), an independent authority in the Ministry of Justice’s administrative branch, as the national supervisor.
Chapter 38, section 8 of the Criminal Code treats entering an information system without right, with someone else’s user ID or by breaking a security arrangement, as computer break-in (tietomurto), with a fine or up to two years in prison. None of the Finnish acts we read sets rules for proxy or VPN use itself. Under the Lotteries Act (1047/2001) Veikkaus Oy holds the exclusive right to run gambling, and other gambling sites are not a supported use.

It routes your requests through a Finnish home or mobile connection, so Finnish sites treat you as a local visitor: euro prices with Finnish VAT, Tori and Etuovi listings, google.fi results. A retailer can also open its own Finnish store as a customer in Finland would.
6K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026. Home connections come and go, so the figure moves. Mobile IPs have no separate count: mobile exits run on Elisa, DNA and Telia where the pool has them, and the order page shows what is in stock.
The login on this page chooses the country only, -cc-fi; for regions and towns, see what the dashboard generator offers, where available. To keep only Uusimaa or Pirkanmaa exits, check the region field of a lookup, then confirm the town in our IP checker; city-level data differs between databases.
Finnish homes and phones on Elisa, DNA and Telia, which APNIC credits with 83.02% of Finnish users, and on regional fibre operators such as Lounea, Valoo, JNT and Kaisanet. You cannot pick one in the login, because network keys are a US, UK and German option; a lookup’s ASN shows which network an exit is on.
Place lists print some Finnish towns under their Swedish names: Jakobstad is Pietarsaari and Pargas is Parainen. AX is the ISO code that GeoNames and MaxMind use for Åland, which is part of Finland. Map the names and decide whether AX counts before you filter, as the Python tab does.
Rotating residential exits cover listings, shop prices and search results. Mobile exits, for app tests and mobile sites, cost $0.50 more per GB; Android ran 67.47% of Finnish mobile traffic in September 2026. Keep your own accounts, run within each platform’s rules, on a static ISP address; check the order page for Finnish availability.
Computer break-in, entering an information system with someone else’s user ID or by breaking a security arrangement, is a crime under chapter 38, section 8 of the Criminal Code, and the Data Protection Act applies the GDPR to personal data you collect. Neither act, nor any other Finnish act we read, requires a licence for proxies or VPNs or bans them. Not legal advice.
You cannot find out who operates a free proxy, and that operator can record every request you send, passwords included. Look the address up first: Elisa, DNA, Telia or a regional fibre company means a Finnish line, while Glesys, Hetzner or UpCloud, hosting networks that also appear in APNIC’s Finnish table, mean a server in a data centre.
Set the HTTP proxy to gate.aeonproxy.com, port 7000, with username ap_a1b2c3-cc-fi and your password, in any browser extension, app or HTTP client that takes one. Add -sid-hki01-time-7200 to the username for one exit over two hours. The docs explain SOCKS5, and you will find the free trial’s present terms on the pricing page.
25.5% on most goods since 1 September 2024, and 13.5% on food and restaurant meals since 1 January 2026, down from 14% (Tax Administration). Åland is outside the EU VAT area, and goods sent between Åland and the mainland are handled as imports.
