Retail chains hold the top commercial places in Ahrefs’ October 2026 ranking of Estonian sites by estimated organic search traffic: K-Rauta is 8th of all sites, Bauhof 13th, Euronics 15th, Kaup24 16th and the Selver supermarket chain 17th. The property portal kv.ee ranks 23rd, the job board CV Keskus 26th, and auto24.ee, the one vehicle site in the top 100, 37th.
Prices are in euros, and the VAT inside them has been 24% since 1 July 2025. CV Keskus carried 3,242 job ads on 31 October 2026, and some state pay as gross euros per month, such as 2,000 to 2,400 for a welder in Lääne-Virumaa.
Yandex is Estonia’s second search engine, with 8.73% of searches in September 2026 after Google’s 85.96% and ahead of Bing’s 3.73% (StatCounter). Computers produced 55.8% of page views that month, and on them Bing reached 6.94%. A rank check for Estonia therefore covers Google and Yandex; SERP proxies explains the setup.
Statistics Estonia counted 1,360,745 residents on 1 January 2026, and 47.4% of them live in Harju county around Tallinn. The login sets the country with -cc-ee; the dashboard generator shows which counties and towns can be picked.

Population: Statistics Estonia, table RV0291U, by local government. Tartu and Pärnu include rural areas merged into them; the towns themselves had 96,506 and 40,934 residents, and Kuressaare on Saaremaa had 12,729. Smaller places exits come from, where available, include Viimsi, Haabneeme, Saku, Laagri, Jõhvi, Paide, Põlva and Kärdla. Two geolocation databases may name two different towns for one address, so look an exit up in our IP checker before you count on its town.
APNIC Labs’ estimate for 29 October 2026 puts 42.10% of Estonian internet users on Telia’s network and 34.61% on Elisa’s. Infonet, STV, Telset and Fill Networks follow with 1.35% to 4.23% each. Tele2 announces no Estonian ASN: its Estonian addresses are routed by AS1257, which belongs to Tele2 Sverige AB.

Users: APNIC Labs, 29 October 2026. IPv6: APNIC’s Estonian table to 30 October 2026, when 48.75% of Estonian users were IPv6-capable. Mobile shares: TTJA, Side aastaraamat 2025. APNIC credits AS1257 with 0.24% of Estonian users, far below TTJA’s 24% for Tele2. Lookups of Tele2’s Estonian addresses on ipinfo.io show “AS1257 Tele2 Sverige AB” and tele2.ee host names. Hosting networks, WaveCom’s data centre, the EENet education network and Starlink are left out. Only US, UK and German logins take ISP or carrier keys; for an Estonian exit, the ASN shows the network.
Telia serves half of Estonia’s fixed internet end users, down from 56% in 2014, while Elisa has grown from 22% to 34% over the same years (TTJA, end of 2025).
TTJA, Side aastaraamat 2025, charts 4 to 6 and 10 to 11. Fibre served 262,000 internet users and 4G or 5G fixed-mobile links about 96,000, 13% of all. On phones TTJA counted 1,797,000 contract and 263,000 prepaid users, or 151 active SIM cards per 100 inhabitants.

With -cc-ee and -time-21600 in the login, one Estonian exit lasts up to six hours. Any exit outside EE is dropped before the brand is read from the ASN, since AS1257 also serves Swedish customers.

https://ipinfo.io/jsonEstonia applies the GDPR, which covers a seller’s name and phone number even in a public property or car ad, together with the Personal Data Protection Act (Isikuandmete kaitse seadus), passed on 12 December 2018 and in force since 15 January 2019. Its § 51 makes the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) the supervisory authority.
Under § 217 of the Penal Code, getting into a computer system by removing or avoiding its means of protection carries a fine or up to three years in prison, and up to five where it causes significant damage. The Estonian acts we read contain no rule on proxy or VPN use. The Tax and Customs Board blocks the websites of gambling operators that have no Estonian licence, citing § 56 of the Gambling Act; reaching those sites through AeonProxy is not supported.

Your requests leave from an Estonian home or mobile connection, on Telia, Elisa, Tele2 or a local network, and Estonian sites answer them as they would a local visitor. Use one to read euro prices on Euronics or Kaup24, listings on kv.ee and auto24.ee, CV Keskus job ads and google.ee results as people in Estonia see them.
14K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026, on Estonian home connections, so the total changes as households come online and drop off. For mobile there is no count: exits on Telia, Elisa and Tele2 phones are offered where the pool has them, and the order page shows which.
An Estonian login names the country only (-cc-ee); the dashboard generator shows which counties and towns are offered, where available. Your code can then keep exits whose lookup region matches, Harjumaa for Tallinn for instance, and you can confirm the town in our IP checker, since databases differ at city level.
Telia and Elisa between them carry 76.71% of Estonian internet users (APNIC), and Tele2 is the third mobile network. Exits come from households and phones on these and on local ISPs such as Infonet, STV, Telset and Fill Networks. Network keys are offered only in the US, the UK and Germany, so read the ASN in a lookup to see which one you have.
Tele2 Eesti’s address blocks are announced by AS1257, the ASN of the Swedish company Tele2 Sverige AB, and lookups print the holder of the ASN. The host name still ends in tele2.ee and the country field reads EE. AS1257 carries Swedish addresses too, so check the country before you treat an exit as an Estonian line.
Shop prices, listings and search results work on rotating residential exits. Pay the $0.50 per GB extra for mobile when you test apps or mobile pages; in September 2026 Android ran 62.21% of Estonian mobile traffic and iOS 37.78%. An ISP proxy, one static address kept for the rental, is the type for accounts you own and run within each platform’s rules; Estonian stock is listed on the order page.
The Estonian acts we read set no rule for proxy or VPN use. Under § 217 of the Penal Code, entering a computer system by defeating its protection is a crime. Data about people falls under the GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act, and using AeonProxy for the gambling sites the Tax and Customs Board blocks is not supported. Not legal advice.
Whoever runs a free proxy sees every page and password you send through it, and you cannot check who that is. APNIC’s Estonian table includes hosting firms such as BlueVPS and Server Farm; a free proxy there is a rented server, while a home line shows AS3249, AS2586 or a local ISP.
Enter host gate.aeonproxy.com, port 7000, username ap_a1b2c3-cc-ee and your password in a browser extension, an app or an HTTP library. With -sid-tln01-time-1200 at the end of the username, one exit lasts 20 minutes. The docs cover SOCKS5. Free trial terms change, and the pricing page carries the current ones.
Yes. Open the Russian version of a site where there is one, such as Kaup24’s /ru/ pages or CV Keskus in RU, and on Google set hl=ru with gl=ee. Run the same Russian queries on Yandex too.
