List.am is the second site in Armenia after Wikipedia in Ahrefs’ October 2026 ranking by estimated search traffic, ahead of YouTube and Google. Its publisher calls it the country’s largest classifieds site, covering property, cars, electronics, services and jobs. The online hypermarket vega.am is 12th, the phone retailer mobilecentre.am 25th, the job board staff.am 36th and the car site auto.am 54th.
Russian-language services sit high in the same list: mail.ru 10th, ok.ru 14th, yandex.ru 15th and the Armenian Yandex domain, yandex.com.am, 17th. Yandex took 7.32% of Armenian searches in September 2026, against Google’s 90.56% (StatCounter).
Computers produced 55.67% of Armenian page views that month and led in each of the previous eleven; on phones, Android had 67.76% and iOS 32.07%. Check desktop results and layouts first; SERP proxies covers both Google and Yandex.
Armstat put the permanent population at 3,096.9 thousand on 1 January 2026, and town figures are in thousands as well. The login targets the country, -cc-am, and the dashboard generator lists the marzes and towns on offer.
Shares of the population by marz, Armstat, 1 January 2026. Marz names match GeoNames, which lookups use. Exits come from all ten marzes and Yerevan. Town names vary between geolocation databases, so check where an exit is placed in our IP checker before you count on the town.

Users: APNIC Labs, 29 October 2026, 60-day window; networks with two ASNs are added up, and their IPv6 figure is the larger ASN’s. IPv6: APNIC, to 30 October 2026, when 9.41% of Armenian users had it. Carrier and ISP keys are available in the US, the UK and Germany only, so an Armenian exit is identified by its ASN: AS12297 is Team, AS43733 Viva, AS44395 Ucom.
Subscribers by operator on 30 June 2026, from the PSRC’s statistics sheet. Armenian mobile exits in the pool run on these three networks where available; the order page lists them.

Network keys are a US, UK and German option, so the ASN is how the script tells Team from Ucom.

https://ipinfo.io/jsonOn 31 October 2026 the auto.am home page showed 117 listings priced in US dollars and 6 in drams, with a 2025 Mercedes-Benz EQE at $59,500 and a 2024 CLA 250 at ֏12,800,000 on the same page, and its price filter runs in dollars. vega.am, mobilecentre.am and sas.am price in drams. Store the currency with each price, or a car series and a retail series will not add up.
auto.am, vega.am, mobilecentre.am and staff.am each switch between Armenian, Russian and English. The exit sets the country only; pick the language with the site’s own switch, and with hl=hy or hl=ru on Google.
Team’s and GNC-Alfa’s users are about a third IPv6-capable (36.15% and 32.15%), Ucom’s and Viva’s under 1% (APNIC, 30 October 2026). Where a site answers IPv6 and IPv4 visitors differently, a Team exit and a Ucom exit may get different pages, so compare the two before a long job.
Personal data falls under Law HO-49-N on Protection of Personal Data, adopted on 18 May 2015 and in force since 1 July 2015. Processing is lawful with consent or where the data was obtained from publicly available sources (Article 8), and it must be kept to the minimum the purpose needs (Article 5). The authorised body for the protection of personal data supervises it; its head is appointed by the Prime Minister on the Minister of Justice’s nomination (Article 25).
Article 359 of the Criminal Code, in force since 1 July 2022, punishes entering a computer, system or network without permission when it damages, alters, blocks or copies data or causes other substantial harm: up to one year in prison, and up to two years with aggravating circumstances such as overcoming a protection system. Since October 2024 the law requires blocking of gambling sites without an Armenian licence; such sites are not a supported use. Armenian law, in what we read, has no registration, licence or ban for VPN or proxy use.

A proxy whose exit is an address on an Armenian network, so sites see a visitor in Armenia. With one you read list.am ads and auto.am car prices, in drams or dollars, as a buyer in Yerevan sees them, and google.am results as a local searcher gets them.
33K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026. The pool changes as home devices come online and drop off. Mobile has no published count; exits on Viva, Team and Ucom are offered where the pool has them, and the order page shows what is available now.
Logins use the country key -cc-am; the dashboard generator shows which marzes and towns are on offer, where available. To stay in one marz, filter on the region a lookup returns, as the Python tab does with Shirak for Gyumri. City names differ between databases, so open each exit in our IP checker to see its town.
In APNIC’s figures about seven in ten Armenian internet users are on four networks, Ucom, Viva, Team and GNC-Alfa, and the exits come from households and phones on those and on local ISPs such as Arpinet, Fnet and VTelecom. Choosing a network with a login key works only in the US, the UK and Germany, so read the ASN of each Armenian exit.
For list.am, auto.am and search results, rotating residential exits do the job. Use mobile exits on Viva, Team or Ucom for app and phone-layout checks; Viva, with 56.75% of subscribers, is the largest of the three. A static ISP IP suits your own accounts, used within each platform’s rules; Armenian ISP stock is shown on the order page.
Mostly dollars on auto.am: 117 of the prices on its home page on 31 October 2026 were in dollars and 6 in drams, and the price filter is in dollars. Shops such as vega.am and mobilecentre.am price in drams. Keep the currency code with each value you collect.
The address decides the country, and the language is your choice. Sites such as auto.am and staff.am offer Armenian, Russian and English, and Google takes hl=hy for Armenian or hl=ru for Russian. Yandex, at 7.32% of searches, is worth checking for Russian-language queries.
Nothing we found in Armenian law bans or licenses proxy or VPN use. Entering a computer system without permission and harming its data is a crime under Article 359 of the Criminal Code, personal data falls under Law HO-49-N, and unlicensed gambling sites are blocked by law and not supported here. Not legal advice.
A free proxy’s operator can log and reuse what passes through it, and its users rarely know who that operator is. If you test one, look up its ASN: Ucom, Viva, Team, GNC-Alfa or a local ISP means an Armenian line, and a hosting company such as G-Core Labs means a server.
Enter gate.aeonproxy.com and port 7000 as the HTTP proxy in your client, extension or app, with the login ap_a1b2c3-cc-am and your password; the cURL tab shows it in one command, with a 15-minute session. SOCKS5 settings are in the docs, and the pricing page gives the current free-trial terms.
