Two Zambian job boards in the top 50
By estimated organic search traffic (Ahrefs, October 2026), gozambiajobs.com is the 24th site in Zambia and jobsearchzm.com the 42nd. Go Zambia Jobs showed 2,889 employers hiring on 31 October 2026.
161K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026: homes and phones on Airtel, MTN and Zamtel, plus ISPs such as City Channels and AirLink. Residential traffic is $3.49 per GB at the start and $1.69 from 1,000 GB, mobile $3.99 to $2.19. Logins carry -cc-zm; the dashboard generator shows which provinces and cities are on offer.

APNIC Labs, 29 October 2026, for AS37287, still registered to Zain Zambia PLC. MTN’s AS36962 has 42.57%; the estimates overlap.
ZICTA, end of June 2026: 15,324,486 mobile internet subscriptions and 179,105 fixed ones.
With -sid- and -time- a Zambian exit stays put for 60 to 21600 seconds; a login without them changes address on every request.

Users: APNIC Labs, 29 October 2026; its 23 Zambian rows add up to 125.78%. IPv6: APNIC, to 30 October 2026, when 3.96% of Zambian users were IPv6-capable. Left out: Starlink (6.62%), the research network ZAMREN (1.03%), iSAT Africa and hosting networks. RIPEstat showed MTN announcing 13,568 IPv4 addresses on 31 October 2026 for its 2.63 million estimated users, about 194 per address; Airtel announced 919,552 for 3.94 million. Only US, UK and German logins can pick a carrier or ISP; a Zambian exit’s network shows in the ASN of a lookup.
ZICTA’s count for April to June 2026 was 27.1 million active mobile subscriptions, 128.0 per 100 people, against 24.5 million a year earlier. Mobile exits run on Airtel, MTN and Zamtel where the pool has them; check the order page for what is available.

This login asks for Zambia, -cc-zm, and a 20-minute session. Exits that ipinfo.io places outside ZM are skipped; the first one in the province you name is kept, and its ASN is printed as the brand, because Airtel’s AS37287 still reads “Zain Zambia PLC”.

https://ipinfo.io/jsonZambian phones run on three networks again: ZICTA, the regulator, has withdrawn the licences of three would-be rivals to Airtel, MTN and Zamtel.
UZI Zambia becomes the fourth licensed mobile operator; the licence is revoked in 2020, a year after Vodafone Zambia lost its own.
Beeline Telecoms, which trades as ZedMobile, receives its licences; its network starts operating in late 2024.
ZICTA’s concentration index for mobile falls from 0.378 to 0.360, a drop the regulator credits to ZedMobile’s entry. The market stays highly concentrated.
ZedMobile reaches one million subscribers.
ZICTA cancels ZedMobile’s network and service licences under section 18 of the ICT Act. The company must publish how it will refund unused airtime and bundles.
The Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021 set up the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner in the ministry responsible for communications (section 4). Controlling or processing personal data without registering with it is punishable with up to 500,000 penalty units or five years in prison (section 19). Section 16 allows collection from a public record or from information the person chose to make public. A company that breaks the processing rules faces up to 100 million penalty units or 2% of the previous year’s turnover, whichever is higher (section 18). When you copy listings, leave out the names and phone numbers in them.
Under section 3 of the Cyber Crimes Act No. 4 of 2025, accessing or monitoring another person’s computer system, or breaking a security measure, without lawful authority is punishable with up to 500,000 penalty units or five years. The Cyber Security Act No. 3 of 2025 licenses services such as penetration testing, security operations centres and incident response (sections 41 and 42); proxies and VPNs are not on that list, and we found no Zambian rule that registers, licenses or bans their use. The site with the most estimated search traffic in Zambia is a betting site; betting sites are not a supported use.

Your requests leave from a Zambian address, usually on Airtel, MTN or Zamtel, and the sites you open see a visitor in Zambia. Typical jobs: Go Zambia Jobs listings, the prices BE FORWARD and Amazon show a Zambian buyer, google.co.zm rankings and tests of your own site.
161K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026; the figure moves as homes and phones go online and offline. Mobile has no separate count: its exits run on Airtel, MTN and Zamtel where the pool has them, and the order page lists current availability.
The login takes the country key, -cc-zm. Provinces and cities, where available, are listed in the dashboard generator. For the Copperbelt alone, the Python tab keeps only exits whose region field reads Copperbelt. Databases often name different towns for one address, so check an exit in our IP checker.
From homes and phones on the networks Zambians use: Airtel and MTN, which APNIC estimates reach 63.74% and 42.57% of users, then Zamtel and ISPs such as Liquid, City Channels, Paratus and AirLink. A login cannot choose among them, since network keys exist for the US, the UK and Germany only, but the ASN of each exit shows which one it is on.
Airtel’s network, AS37287, is still registered as Zain Zambia PLC, and lookups print the registered holder. Many of its host names end in r.airtel.co.zm. MTN appears as MTN Zambia on AS36962 and Zamtel as Zambia Telecommunications Company Ltd on AS37154.
No. ZICTA cancelled the licences of Beeline Telecoms, which traded as ZedMobile, with effect from 15 September 2026, so Zambian mobile exits run on Airtel, MTN and Zamtel. APNIC still listed Beeline’s AS329444 with 0.02% of Zambian users on 29 October 2026.
Job ads, car prices and Google results need nothing more than rotating residential exits. Mobile exits, $0.50 dearer per GB, suit app checks and phone layouts; 98.8% of Zambian internet subscriptions were mobile in June 2026. Accounts you run yourself, within each platform’s rules, fit an ISP proxy, which keeps one static address; Zambian stock is on the order page.
No Zambian Act we read registers, licenses or bans proxy or VPN use. Accessing someone else’s computer system without lawful authority is an offence under section 3 of the Cyber Crimes Act, 2025, and the Data Protection Act, 2021 covers any personal data you gather and requires controllers to register. Betting sites are not a supported use. Not legal advice.
A free proxy’s operator is usually unknown and can record whatever you send through it, passwords included. A lookup also shows whether the address is Zambian at all: home and phone lines appear as AS37287, AS36962, AS37154 or a local ISP, and a hosting firm in the org field means a server.
Point any browser extension, app or HTTP library at gate.aeonproxy.com, port 7000, and sign in as ap_a1b2c3-cc-zm with your password. Append -sid-lun01-time-2700 to keep one exit for 45 minutes. The docs cover SOCKS5; for the free trial, see the pricing page.
