For developers

A Telemach exit in Slovenia, held for six hours

The login carries -cc-si and a six-hour session. The script rejects exits outside SI, names the network from the ASN and keeps the first Telemach exit; pass another name, or None, to change that.

"Telekom Slovenije", "A1" and "T-2" work the same way. -time- takes 60 to 21600 seconds; with no -sid-, every request rotates. Print the region field as well: GeoNames uses municipalities as Slovenia’s first-level units.

A Slovenian quirk

Slovenian place names and network habits

ZVOP-2, the Criminal Code and gambling blocks in Slovenia

Slovenia’s Personal Data Protection Act, ZVOP-2 (Uradni list RS, No. 163/2022), applies alongside the GDPR and took effect on the 30th day after its publication on 27 December 2022. The Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec) supervises it, and its rules reach the sellers’ names and phone numbers in Bolha or avto.net ads.

Article 221 of the Criminal Code (KZ-1) punishes unauthorised entry into an information system, or interception of data in non-public transmission, with up to two years in prison, and unauthorised use, copying or alteration of its data with up to three. Nothing in KZ-1 or ZVOP-2 requires registration or a licence for proxies or VPNs, or bans them. The Financial Administration (FURS) restricts access to online gambling sites run without a Slovenian concession, and reaching them through AeonProxy is not supported.

Slovenia proxy questions

An exit on a Slovenian home or mobile line, which sites treat as a visitor from Slovenia. People use one to read avto.net and Bolha listings, compare prices on Ceneje, track google.si rankings or see their own shop or site as a buyer in Slovenia sees it.

9K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026. Mobile exits are sold without a count of their own, on Telekom Slovenije, A1, Telemach and T-2 where the pool has them, and the order page lists what is available. The residential count goes up and down with the households online at the time.

Logins on this page set the country with -cc-si, and the dashboard generator shows the regions and towns on offer, where available. Once connected, your code can keep or drop an exit by the place a lookup reports, which for Slovenia may be a municipality. Confirm an exit’s town in our IP checker, since databases disagree at that level.

From Slovenian homes and phones on Telekom Slovenije, Telemach, A1 and T-2 (99.33% of the country’s users between them in APNIC’s figures), and on small ISPs such as Softnet, Polans and the cable networks in Ravne and Nova Gorica. You cannot choose the network in a Slovenian login (only US, UK and German logins take network keys), so read the ASN instead.

GeoNames, an open place database, lists Slovenia’s 212 municipalities as first-level units and leaves the 12 statistical regions out. Place data built on it puts a municipality in the region field: Koper appears as Urban Municipality of Koper, where SURS writes Koper/Capodistria.

Use rotating residential exits for listings, prices and search results. Mobile exits cost $0.50 more per GB and suit app checks and mobile pages; with iOS at 34.00% of Slovenian mobile traffic, test on iPhones as well. Static ISP addresses are for your own accounts used within platform rules; one stays yours for the whole rental, and the order page lists Slovenian stock.

The Slovenian acts we read neither license nor ban proxy or VPN use. Breaking into an information system is a crime under article 221 of KZ-1, ZVOP-2 and the GDPR govern the personal data you collect, and FURS restricts access to unlicensed gambling sites, which are not a supported use. Not legal advice.

A free proxy is run by someone you cannot identify, who can log every request and password you send. Most Slovenian household lines sit on AS5603, AS3212, AS21283 or AS34779, so a free “Slovenian” proxy whose lookup names a hosting company is a server.

Use gate.aeonproxy.com as the HTTP proxy host and 7000 as the port, and log in as ap_a1b2c3-cc-si with your password; any browser extension, app or library that speaks HTTP proxy will work. Append -sid-lj01-time-1800 to keep one exit for half an hour. SOCKS5 settings are in the docs; for the free trial, the pricing page has the terms that apply now.

AKOS lists five with more than 1% of active mobile users in the second quarter of 2026: Telekom Slovenije 36.49%, A1 25.13%, Telemach 25.09%, T-2 6.96% and HOT mobil 5.59%.
