166K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026, on the eir, Sky, Virgin Media and Vodafone lines Irish households pay for. Start the login with -cc-ie, then add a province (-st-munster) or a city (-city-cork) to narrow it. The order page shows whether ISP and datacenter IPs are available for Ireland.
Irish household addresses in the pool, October 2026.
From 40 exits through our gateway on 27 October 2026, every one placed in Ireland.
One Leinster request came out in Castlebar, Connacht. City requests hit 18 of 24.
Keep one Irish exit for up to an hour, or rotate on each request.
| Proxy | In Ireland | Session | Price |

| Residential | 166K+ IPs in the pool, October 2026, with province and city keys | Rotating, or sticky up to 60 min | $3.49 → $1.69 per GB |
| Mobile | Carrier exits; our 27 October 2026 sample came from Three, eir and Truphone | Rotating, or sticky up to 60 min | $3.99 → $2.19 per GB |
| ISP | Static IPs, one customer each; availability by country on the order page | Static for the rental | $2.00 per IP / month |
| Datacenter | Dedicated IPs, up to 10 Gbps; availability by country on the order page | Static | $1.20 per IP / month |
Ireland’s two busiest shopping sites are both Amazon’s: Similarweb’s September 2026 e-commerce ranking put amazon.ie first and amazon.co.uk second, with the classifieds site DoneDeal third. Tesco.ie, Aldi and SuperValu topped the grocery list, where tesco.com and asda.com also made the top five, and Daft.ie and MyHome.ie led property.
An Irish price check can therefore cover the same product on both storefronts, each loaded from an Irish household connection the way a shopper in Cork or Galway would load it.
Phones produced 67.52% of Irish page views in September 2026 and desktops 30.07% (StatCounter), so test the mobile web first. Google handled 93.47% of searches and Bing 4.21%; for rank tracking, see SERP proxies.
Share of the population by province at the 2022 census. Every province has a region key. In a sample of 40 exits through our gateway on 27 October 2026, placed by ipinfo.io, 35 were in Leinster, 3 in Munster and 2 in Ulster.
Province keys: -st-leinster, -st-munster, -st-connacht, -st-ulster. City keys: -city-dublin, -city-cork, -city-galway, -city-limerick, -city-waterford, -city-drogheda, -city-swords. There are no county keys, so -st-dublin is refused with 407. Of 24 province requests on 27 October 2026, 23 were placed where asked; of 24 city requests, 18. Dublin never missed. Three Galway requests came out in Dublin or Ashbourne, two Limerick requests in Pallaskenry and Kilmallock, and one Cork request in Glanmire, so confirm the city before you rely on it. Populations: CSO, Census 2022 (cities and suburbs; province shares summed from county figures).
In APNIC Labs’ estimate eir, Vodafone, Virgin Media, Sky and Three between them reach about nine in ten Irish internet users. On IPv6 they split into two groups.

APNIC Labs, Ireland tables of 25 and 26 October 2026; IPv6 is the share of each network’s users able to use it. Our sample: 40 residential and 12 mobile exits through our gateway on 27 October 2026, placed by ipinfo.io, which is a sample and not a share of the pool. The twelfth mobile exit was on Truphone (AS30967). ipinfo.io prints Virgin Media’s AS6830 as Liberty Global Europe Holding B.V., Sky’s AS5607 as Sky UK Limited and eir’s mobile AS15751 as Eircom Limited.

Third in Irish shopping traffic. Asking prices and listing counts by category; leave sellers’ names and numbers out of your data.
The two leading Irish property sites, with rent.ie fifth. Asking prices, rents and stock by area.
Two of the three most visited grocery sites, with aldi.ie between them. Weekly offers and basket prices over time.
The top Irish jobs board, second only to indeed.com. Vacancy counts and advertised pay by sector.
Two of Ireland’s five busiest travel sites. Flight prices as a traveller searching from Ireland sees them.

Province and city follow -cc-ie in the login, in lowercase letters and digits. ISP and carrier keys exist only for the US, the UK and Germany, so an Irish login cannot ask for eir or Sky; the lookup tells you which network you got.

https://ipinfo.io/jsonShare of each network’s users who can use IPv6, APNIC Labs, 30 days to 26 October 2026. Ireland as a whole stood at 47.43%, up from 41.41% a year before.
If a site answers IPv4 and IPv6 visitors differently, the network under the exit decides which answer you get. Vodafone and Three users have almost no IPv6, while most eir and Sky users can use it wherever a site offers it.
Fibre to the premises carried 1,133,964 of Ireland’s 1,789,356 fixed broadband lines at the end of June 2026, by ComReg’s count, and was available to 87.1% of premises. Rural premises were ahead of urban ones, 89% against 86%. Cable, VDSL and DSL all shrank over the year. Satellite grew fastest, up 92.1% to 38,181 lines, and Starlink had 2.1% of retail fixed broadband.
eir held 28.3% of retail fixed broadband, Vodafone 20.7%, Virgin Media 19.4% and Sky Ireland 15.6%. Leaving out mobile broadband and machine-to-machine SIMs, Vodafone had 31.8% of mobile subscriptions, Three 27.7%, eir 24.9% and Tesco Mobile 8.1%. BT Ireland became part of Enet on 31 August 2025, and lookups of AS2110 now show the Enet name.
The GDPR applies in Ireland together with the Data Protection Act 2018 (No. 7 of 2018, signed on 24 May 2018), which gives it further effect and set up the Data Protection Commission. The DPC supervises the Irish companies behind Facebook and Google’s European services: on 21 September 2026, as lead supervisory authority for Google, it fined Google Ireland €403 million over location data.
The DPC has also ruled on scraping. In November 2022 it fined Meta Platforms Ireland €265 million after a scraped set of Facebook users’ personal data appeared online, finding breaches of GDPR Articles 25(1) and 25(2) on data protection by design and default. Personal data stays covered by the GDPR when it is public, so leave names, photos and phone numbers out of what you collect.
Not legal advice. Scraping cases from 2022 to 2026 are in our court-case guide.Join @aeonprox, link our bot and test residential or mobile proxies for 72 hours. No card needed.
It routes your requests through an Irish IP address, so websites answer as they would for someone in Ireland. You need one when that answer differs from what your own server gets: amazon.ie prices, Daft listings, Irish Google results, or your own site as Irish customers load it.
166K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026. They are household connections that join and leave through the day, so the count moves. We publish no Irish mobile count; the 12 mobile exits in our 27 October 2026 sample came from Three, eir and Truphone.
Yes, where available. The provinces are -st-leinster, -st-munster, -st-connacht and -st-ulster; the cities are Dublin, Cork, Galway, Limerick, Waterford, Drogheda and Swords, written as -city-dublin and so on. On 27 October 2026 ipinfo.io placed 23 of 24 province requests and 18 of 24 city requests where asked. There are no county or Eircode keys.
From Irish home broadband and mobile networks. Of the 40 exits in our sample, eir had 13, Sky 8, Virgin Media 7 and Vodafone 6, with Starlink, Digiweb, Enet and Ivertec making up the rest. You cannot choose the network, because ISP and carrier keys exist only for the US, UK and Germany, so read the ASN each lookup returns.
Rotating residential for prices and listings across many pages. Mobile, $0.50 more per GB at every tier, when you test apps or the mobile web, where two thirds of Irish page views happen. For your own accounts that should keep one Irish address for months, within platform rules, rent a static ISP IP; check Irish availability on the order page.
The law looks at what you collect and what you do with it. The GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 cover personal data even when it is public, and the DPC has fined Meta €265 million over scraped Facebook data. Prices, listings and rankings collected within each site’s terms hold no personal data. Not legal advice.
Nobody can tell you who runs a free proxy or what it keeps, so keep logins and customer data away from one. Amazon’s AS16509 alone carries 2.58% of Irish users in APNIC’s October 2026 estimate, and an “Irish” proxy on a cloud network like that is a server in a data centre. Our IP checker shows the network and type behind an address.
Enter host gate.aeonproxy.com, port 7000 and your login with -cc-ie added, such as ap_a1b2c3-cc-ie, in a browser extension or in the code above. There is a free trial, and the pricing page lists its current terms. SOCKS5 setup is in the documentation.
No. -cc-ie covers the 26 counties of the State, and all 40 exits in our sample were placed there; -st-ulster means Cavan, Donegal and Monaghan. Belfast and the rest of Northern Ireland belong to the United Kingdom, so use -cc-gb with -st-northernireland, as our UK page explains.
Lookups print the registered owner of the network. Virgin Media Ireland’s AS6830 belongs to Liberty Global, Sky Ireland customers appear under Sky UK’s AS5607, and eir’s mobile traffic still uses the old Meteor ASN, AS15751, registered to Eircom Limited. All three networks placed their exits inside Ireland in our test.
The five exits in the panel above measured 25 to 51 ms round trip between the exit and Frankfurt, where our gateway runs, on 27 October 2026.
