Bruhome across four districts
Bruhome takes sale and rental ads with a filter for each district. Asking prices print in BND: BND 258,000 for a detached house in Mulaut, BND 660,000 in Sungai Akar, BND 350 to rent a room in Seria.
6K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026, on Unified National Networks (UNN), the single network behind imagine, DST and Progresif. Residential costs $3.49 per GB on small orders and $1.69 on the largest; mobile costs $3.99 to $2.19. -cc-bn in the login sets the country, and any districts and towns on offer appear in the dashboard generator.
Bruneian home connections in the pool, October 2026.
332,700 of 458,600 in the official estimate for 2025.
APNIC’s reading for 2 November 2026, against 37.33% for South-Eastern Asia. Expect IPv4 addresses.
Add -sid- and -time- to stay on one Bruneian address for 60 to 21600 seconds; without a session key, every request rotates.
| Proxy | In Brunei | Session | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Residential | 6K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026, on Bruneian home connections | Rotating, or sticky up to 6 h | $3.49 → $1.69 per GB |
| Mobile | imagine, DST and Progresif exits on UNN’s network where the pool has them; the order page shows availability | Rotating, or sticky up to 6 h | $3.99 → $2.19 per GB |
| ISP | Static IPs, one customer each; availability by country on the order page | Static for the rental | $4.00 per IP / month |
| Datacenter | Dedicated IPs, up to 10 Gbps; availability by country on the order page | Static | $2.00 per IP / month |

By estimated search traffic in October 2026, shopee.com.my is 19th among sites in Brunei, amazon.com 28th, temu.com 52nd, aliexpress.com 86th and lazada.com.my 95th (Ahrefs Top). No Bruneian store reaches its top 100.
Flyroyalbrunei.com leads the travel filter ahead of agoda.com and airasia.com. Its flight deals print in BND, such as BND340 or BND551.
StatCounter had Yandex at 0.40% of Bruneian searches in July 2026 and 13.65% in October, with 18.67% on phones, while Google went from 92.95% to 80.55%. It gives no reason. For checks across engines, see SERP proxies.
The Department of Economic Planning and Statistics estimates 458,600 residents for 2025, spread over four districts. A Bruneian login sets only the country, -cc-bn; districts and towns on offer are listed in the dashboard generator.
Shares: Population Estimates 2025. Towns and mukims: census of 20 April 2021, as tabulated by citypopulation.de from the department’s data. The municipality of Bandar Seri Begawan alone had 82,437 residents; the largest mukims were Sengkurong 40,972, Mentiri 39,324, Berakas B 39,284 and Gadong B 38,067. Where available, exits come from Bandar Seri Begawan, Kuala Belait and Seria. Look an exit up in our IP checker if its town matters: two databases can file one address differently.
APNIC Labs places practically all Bruneian users on Unified National Networks: an estimated 530,430 on AS10094 and 2,923 on its second ASN, AS10101. UNN has held the country’s fixed, mobile and international network assets since August 2019, so the retail brand does not show in a lookup.
| Network | Registered as | ASN | Share of Bruneian users | IPv6-capable | Role |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| UNN | UNN-BN, Unified National Networks | AS10094 | 107.79% | 0.07% | Fixed and mobile wholesale |
| UNN | SIMPUR-BN, UNN-BN | AS10101 | 0.59% | 0.27% | UNN’s second ASN |
| Bruhaas | Bruhaas (B) Sdn Bhd | AS45259 | 0.2% | Not listed | Small ISP, few APNIC samples |
Users: APNIC Labs, 1 November 2026, 60-day window. The 107.79% is APNIC’s own figure: its estimate of users on AS10094 is larger than its estimate for the whole country, and larger than the 458,600 residents in the official figure. Read it as nearly every user. APNIC’s Bruneian column adds up to 109.33%. IPv6: APNIC to 2 November 2026. RIPEstat shows AS10094 announcing 52,736 IPv4 addresses once overlapping prefixes are merged, and no IPv6 prefix. Cloudflare, Datacamp, Akamai, Starlink, other server networks and Brunei Shell’s company network are left out. Network keys are a US, UK and German option; a Bruneian login has none.
Bruneian mobile exits, where the pool has them, run on UNN under one of these brands, and the order page shows availability. Official figures give 537,315 mobile subscribers in 2025, 389,145 of them prepaid (72.42%), and 103,291 fixed broadband subscribers. No source we could open splits those totals by brand.
| Retail brand | Before 2020 | Sold today |
|---|---|---|
| imagine | Telekom Brunei (TelBru), the fixed incumbent | Wish mobile plans, Dream Broadband, fibre |
| DST | Mobile market leader | Mobi postpaid, Easi prepaid, Infinity fibre |
| Progresif | Mobile challenger | Prepaid and postpaid mobile, Home WiFi, Ding! wallet |
Structure: Digital Regulation Platform, 27 August 2020. Subscribers: Brunei Darussalam Key Indicators 2025. UNN reports more than 600 base stations, 4G/3G and 5G services to 94% of populated areas and connecting roads, over 5,000 km of fibre and over 159,000 homes connected.
Homes to buy and rent in all four districts, priced in BND. Record price, house type and district; leave agents’ names out.
19th and 95th among sites in Brunei. Listings and asking prices as a Bruneian visitor gets them.
28th, 52nd and 86th. Compare prices and shipping terms shown to a Bruneian IP.
Home delivery in Brunei-Muara and Kuala Belait, collection at Gadong and Seria, and a $50 minimum order.
Began in 2020 with food, reached Tutong in 2021 and now carries meals, everyday essentials and local services.
18th overall and first in travel. Published fares in BND, route by route.
Plan names and prices for each brand. Progresif, for one, sells prepaid at $10 with pre-loaded credit.
Results with gl=bn, with Yandex and Bing beside them where your terms need it. How to check local rankings.
Ranks: Ahrefs Top, Brunei Darussalam, October 2026, by estimated organic search traffic; a site with no rank here falls outside its top 100. Stay on public, signed-out pages and within each site’s terms.
The login holds a Bruneian exit (-cc-bn) for 30 minutes. A failed request or a lookup outside BN opens a new session.

https://ipinfo.io/jsonA Bruneian lookup names UNN whichever company sold the line, so the ASN cannot sort exits by retailer.
Darussalam Assets, owner of all three telcos, said their networks would move to a new company, UNN, while the telcos kept retail.
Fixed, mobile and international submarine assets passed to UNN at the end of the month.
TelBru began selling mobile as imagine, DST added fixed services and Progresif gained 4G and fixed access. Number portability started in parallel.
AITI’s regulatory approach of July 2023 ran to 1 January 2025, the date it gave for full market liberalisation.
The Personal Data Protection Order, 2025 (S 1/2025) was gazetted on 8 January 2025, and most of it has applied since 1 January 2026. AITI is the authority. The Order covers private organisations, and Schedule 1 allows publicly available personal data to be collected without consent. A financial penalty can reach 10% of annual turnover in Brunei where that turnover exceeds B$10,000,000, and B$1,000,000 in other cases.
Section 3 of the Computer Misuse Act (Cap. 194) makes it an offence to knowingly secure access to a program or data without authority: a fine of up to B$5,000, up to two years in prison, or both, rising to B$50,000 and seven years if damage results. Licensed ISPs and content providers must follow the Internet Code of Practice (S 12/2001), which lists content that should not be allowed. None of the Bruneian texts we read, these and the Telecommunications Order, 2001, sets a rule on proxy or VPN use by customers. Gambling sites are not a supported use.

Your traffic leaves through a Bruneian address on UNN’s network, and sites answer as they would for someone in the country. It fits checks on Bruhome asking prices, Royal Brunei fares in BND, what Shopee and Lazada show a Bruneian visitor, and search results with gl=bn.
We have 6K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026; homes joining and leaving move that number. There is no separate count of mobile IPs. Mobile exits run on UNN under imagine, DST and Progresif where the pool has them, and the order page shows availability.
Targeting here is by country, -cc-bn. The dashboard generator shows any districts and towns on offer, where available, and our IP checker shows the town an exit gets. Bandar Seri Begawan can mean a municipality of 82,437 people or an urban area of 266,682.
Homes and phones on UNN, the wholesale network that imagine, DST and Progresif all sell on. A lookup prints AS10094 or AS10101 whichever brand holds the line, so you can neither choose a brand nor read it from the ASN. Network keys exist for the US, the UK and Germany only.
Residential and mobile are the options for Brunei; the order page lists the countries with static IPs. Residential covers property ads, shop prices and search. Mobile costs $0.50 more per GB and suits pages built for phones, which had 59.02% of Bruneian page views in October 2026. Sticky sessions of up to 6 hours fit your own accounts, within each platform’s rules.
Pick a traffic amount on the pricing page. Residential is $3.49 per GB from 1 GB and $1.69 from 1,000 GB; mobile is $3.99 down to $2.19. Bought traffic does not expire, and the current terms of the free trial are listed there.
The Bruneian texts we read set no rule on proxy or VPN use by customers. The general law applies: section 3 of the Computer Misuse Act on access without authority, and the Personal Data Protection Order, 2025 on personal data you collect. Gambling sites are not supported. Not legal advice.
A free proxy’s operator sees your traffic, passwords included, and is rarely named. A lookup tells you what it sits on: a Bruneian line prints AS10094 or AS10101 with country BN, while Datacamp or GSL Networks, also present in APNIC’s Bruneian table, point to rented servers.
In your browser extension, app or script, set an HTTP proxy with host gate.aeonproxy.com, port 7000, username ap_a1b2c3-cc-bn and your password. Adding -sid-bwn01-time-7200 to the username holds one exit for two hours. The docs have the SOCKS5 details.
StatCounter’s Bruneian series moved quickly: Yandex went from 0.40% in July 2026 to 13.65% in October, and iOS from 40.48% of mobile page views to 65.69% over the same months. It states no cause and we found none, so compare results for your own terms before you add Yandex to a rank check.
They are separate currencies, with the Brunei dollar pegged to the Singapore dollar; under an agreement signed in 1967 each is accepted in the other country (The Star, March 2026). Labels vary by site: Bruhome and Royal Brunei print BND, imagine prints “$138” and “B$10”, and Supa Save “$50”. Record the label with every price.
