On phones Bing had 0.79%, so its searches come almost entirely from computers, which produced 61.68% of page views that month. iPhones are close to half of mobile traffic: iOS had 41.50% in September and led Android in December 2025 and February 2026. SERP proxies covers rank checks on both engines.

Users: APNIC Labs, 27 October 2026; its 188 rows add up to 109.72%, so take each share as an estimate on its own. IPv6: APNIC, to 28 October 2026, when the country stood at 39.09%. Carrier keys exist only for the US, the UK and Germany, so the ASN in each lookup is how you tell Claro from Altice.

Mobile internet subscriptions rose 3.5% in 2025, to 10,148,778. In August 2026 INDOTEL awarded Vietnam’s Viettel 240 MHz for 20 years in the 700 MHz, 2.3 GHz and 3.6 GHz bands; its subsidiary, Viettel Dominicana, is to start with 4G and 5G, fixed broadband and an e-wallet.

The login holds the country key -cc-do and a session. The script drops any exit outside DO, then keeps one whose region reads Nacional or Santo Domingo Province, the capital area’s two names in lookups.

https://ipinfo.io/jsonPersonal data falls under Ley 172-13 of 13 December 2013. Consent must be free, express and informed, with exceptions such as data from sources open to the public (article 27). The law creates no general data-protection authority; people enforce their rights in court through habeas data. Article 84 fines knowingly entering false data, illegally accessing a database or breaching its security with 10 to 50 minimum salaries.
Ley 53-07 on high-technology crimes punishes illicit access to a computer or telecom system with three months to a year in prison and fines (article 6), and gives the same prison term for reaching a system to sell its services to others without paying the legitimate providers (article 7). Service providers must keep traffic, connection and access data for at least 90 days (article 56). In July 2026 prosecutors, with a court’s authorisation, blocked 256 domains over intellectual-property violations; reaching blocked domains is not a supported use. We found no Dominican rule that registers, licenses or bans VPN or proxy use.

Sites see a visitor in the Dominican Republic, because your requests leave from an address on a Dominican network. Use one to read Corotos and SuperCarros listings, see what amazon.com quotes a Dominican buyer, track google.com.do results or test your own site from inside the country.
63K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026; the number rises and falls as home connections join and leave. There is no separate mobile count. Mobile exits run on Claro, Altice and Viva where the pool has them, and the order page has current availability.
The login targets the country, -cc-do, and the dashboard generator lists the provinces and cities on offer, where available. To stay in one area, filter on the region ipinfo.io returns, as the Python tab does: the capital is Nacional, the GeoNames name of the Distrito Nacional, or Santo Domingo Province for the municipalities around it; Santiago is Santiago Province. Geolocation databases often name different towns for one address, so check the city in our IP checker.
Dominican homes and phones on Claro and Altice, the two networks APNIC credits with 65.29% of the country’s internet users, and on local ISPs such as Telecable Dominicano, Wind Telecom, Teleoperadora del Nordeste and Bitnet. Carrier keys exist only for the US, the UK and Germany, so sort Dominican exits by ASN.
Bitnet, Telecable Dominicano and other local ISPs announce most of their addresses from 38.0.0.0/8, and ipinfo.io labels some of them “AS174 Cogent Communications, LLC” instead of the ISP. City and country still read Dominican, so keep the exit when the country is DO.
Rotating residential exits suit listings, prices and search. Mobile exits fit app checks and phone layouts; with iOS at 41.50% of Dominican mobile traffic in September 2026, test on an iPhone as well as on Android. For your own accounts, used within each platform’s rules, an ISP proxy holds one static address for the whole rental; Dominican stock is on the order page.
As far as we found, Dominican law does not regulate VPN or proxy use as such. Illicit access to a computer or telecom system is a crime under Ley 53-07, and any personal data you collect falls under Ley 172-13, which people enforce in court through habeas data. Not legal advice.
A free proxy belongs to someone you cannot check, who sees and can keep everything you send. If you try one anyway, check its org field: Claro, Altice or a local ISP means a Dominican home or phone line, a hosting company means a server. Do not log in to anything through it.
Set gate.aeonproxy.com with port 7000 as the HTTP proxy in a browser extension, app or script, then log in as ap_a1b2c3-cc-do with your password. A session part such as -sid-sdq01-time-600 holds one exit for ten minutes. SOCKS5 and other setups are in the docs; the pricing page shows the current terms of the free trial.
Both. SuperCarros, SuperCasas and Corotos show listings priced in Dominican pesos (RD$) next to listings in US dollars, and SuperCarros’ search filters by either currency. Keep the currency code next to each price you collect, or totals will mix the two.
