| Mobile | Exits on the mobile login; all 12 in our October sample were on Vivo’s network (Telefônica Brasil, AS27699) | Rotating, or sticky up to 60 min | $3.99 → $2.19 per GB |
| ISP | Static IPs, one customer each; availability by country on the order page | Static for the rental | $2.00 per IP / month |
| Datacenter | Dedicated IPs, up to 10 Gbps; availability by country on the order page | Static | $1.20 per IP / month |
Brazil’s five busiest shopping sites in September 2026 were all marketplaces: Mercado Livre, Amazon.com.br, Shopee, Temu and TikTok Shop (Similarweb). A useful price check follows one product across several sellers and platforms, in reais and with the Portuguese listing text.
Cross-border sellers add a moving part. Medida Provisória 1.357 of 12 May 2026 lets the finance minister change the import tax on small parcels, down to zero for purchases up to US$50, so what a parcel from Temu or Shopee costs a Brazilian buyer can change with each decision.
Search is the other common job. Google had 88.41% of Brazilian searches in September 2026 and Bing 9.63%, so a tracker that skips Bing misses about one search in ten. Send gl=br and hl=pt-BR from the exit (SERP setup).
Brazil has 214.2 million people (IBGE, 1 July 2026) in 26 states and the Federal District. In a sample of exits through our gateway on 26 October 2026, the 38 household exits placed in Brazil spread over 35 cities and 13 states, from Rio de Janeiro to towns such as Santo Antônio do Monte and Torres.
| City | State | Population, 1 July 2026 | City key |
|---|---|---|---|
| São Paulo | São Paulo | 11,911,337 | -city-saopaulo |
| Rio de Janeiro | Rio de Janeiro | 6,731,133 | -city-riodejaneiro |
| Brasília | Federal District | 3,009,996 | -city-brasilia |
| Fortaleza | Ceará | 2,582,360 | -city-fortaleza |
| Salvador | Bahia | 2,559,945 | -city-salvador |
| Belo Horizonte | Minas Gerais | 2,415,451 | -city-belohorizonte |
| Curitiba | Paraná | 1,832,183 | -city-curitiba |
| Porto Alegre | Rio Grande do Sul | 1,388,791 | -city-portoalegre |
IBGE municipal estimates. State keys include -st-saopaulo, -st-minasgerais, -st-parana, -st-riograndedosul, -st-bahia and -st-federaldistrict. In our test, ipinfo.io put 24 of 24 state-targeted exits in the right state and 16 of 22 city-targeted exits in the right city. Four of the six misses were Brasília requests placed in nearby towns, three of them in Goiás, so check the exit before you rely on a city.
Claro and Vivo together reach about a third of Brazil’s internet users. The rest is spread thin: APNIC Labs counted 7,359 networks with measured Brazilian users in October 2026, and the ten largest carry 43% of them.
| Operator | Connections | ASNs | Share of Brazilian users | IPv6 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Claro | Home broadband and mobile | AS28573 · AS22085 · AS4230 | 18.1% | 82.5–93.1% |
| Vivo (Telefônica Brasil) | Home broadband and mobile | AS26599 · AS27699 · AS18881 + | 14.9% | 73.9–87.0% |
| V.tal, the former Oi network | Home broadband | AS7738 · AS8167 | 4.7% | 80.0–83.6% |
| TIM | Mobile | AS26615 | 3.3% | 90.0% |
| Brisanet | Regional ISP | AS28126 | 2.3% | 67.6% |
| Unifique | Regional ISP | AS28343 | 1.2% | 70.2% |
| Starlink | Satellite | AS14593 | 1.1% | 69.1% |
| Algar Telecom | Regional ISP | AS53006 · AS16735 | 0.9% | 35.1–59.2% |
| Desktop | Regional ISP | AS28649 | 0.9% | 68.3% |
| Alares | Regional ISP | AS28220 | 0.7% | 46.9% |
APNIC Labs, 24 October 2026, summed over each operator’s ASNs; IPv6 is the share of a network’s users that can use it. Names from PeeringDB. ISP and carrier targeting exists only in the US, UK and Germany, so in Brazil you pick the place and read the network from the exit.
ipinfo.io lists 10,490 ASNs registered in Brazil, eleven times South Africa’s 932. Anatel’s competition report for the second quarter of 2025 put small providers at 56.4% of fixed broadband, with about 22,500 providers active, as O Imparcial reported.
Our sample looks the same. The 38 exits placed in Brazil on 26 October 2026 came from 33 different networks. Telefônica Brasil had three; Desktop, Sempre Telecomunicações and Alares two each. The rest came one at a time from firms such as Interadionet, Reelu Net, Gigabyte Net, Microtell and IUB Telecom, some registered under a person’s own name.
An unfamiliar ASN is therefore normal for a Brazilian home exit, and a filter that keeps only big brands throws most of the country away. Hosting is the real warning sign: a residential exit should never resolve to a network such as Locaweb (AS27715), which ipinfo.io classes as hosting.
The busiest shopping site in September 2026. Listings, seller counts and the price spread per product.
The same item on both, and against Temu and TikTok Shop, ranked fourth and fifth.
26th among all sites in Brazil, 98% of visits from inside the country. Asking prices by category and city, never sellers’ names or numbers.
Zap Imóveis led real-estate traffic, ahead of QuintoAndar, Chaves na Mão and VivaReal. Listings and asking rents by neighbourhood.
The top comparison site. Where your offer sits and how many shops list the product.
The leading delivery site. Set an address, then read menus and fees from an exit in that city.
The two most visited grocery sites. Weekly baskets and promotions.
Track both engines with hl=pt-BR. How to check rankings by location.

https://ipinfo.io/jsonBrazil has four time zones under Lei 12.876 of 2013. More than nine in ten Brazilians live on UTC−3, Brasília time: the South, the Southeast, the Northeast, Pará and Amapá. Mato Grosso, Mato Grosso do Sul, Rondônia, Roraima and eastern Amazonas, Manaus included, are on UTC−4; Acre and western Amazonas on UTC−5; the Atlantic islands have their own zone. Decree 9.772 of 2019 ended daylight saving time.
Delivery windows, store hours and deal deadlines on Brazilian sites follow the local clock. When you check what a shopper in Manaus or Cuiabá sees, set the test browser to the zone the lookup returns, America/Manaus or America/Cuiaba for example, so times render as they would for that shopper.
IPv6 is the other variable. APNIC Labs measured 59.4% of Brazilian users as IPv6-capable in the 30 days to 25 October 2026, up from 53.2% a year earlier, with some regional providers far lower.
The LGPD (Lei 13.709 of 2018) covers personal data, and the ANPD can fine up to 2% of Brazilian revenue, capped at R$50 million per infraction. Publicly accessible data stays personal data; Article 7 ties its use to the purpose it was made public for. Prices, listings and rankings are safe ground, names and phone numbers are not. The Marco Civil da Internet makes access providers keep connection logs for a year.
Brazilian blocking orders are real. When the Supreme Court suspended X from 30 August to 8 October 2024, the order fined anyone reaching it through a VPN R$50,000 a day, as JURIST reported. Since 6 October 2026 providers must block betting sites under Medida Provisória 1.394, according to Teletime. We do not support using our network against such orders. Since 17 March 2026 the ECA Digital (Lei 15.211) has required age checks on content unsuitable for minors; test your own flow from a Brazilian exit, nothing more.

A connection that reaches the internet from a Brazilian address, so sites answer as they would a visitor in Brazil: prices in reais, Portuguese listings, local search results. You need one when the data depends on where the visitor is.
412K+ residential IPs in the pool, October 2026. The pool is a changing set of household connections, so the figure moves daily. We publish no count of Brazilian mobile IPs.
Yes: -st-saopaulo or -st-minasgerais for a state, -city-fortaleza for a city where available. On 26 October 2026, 24 of 24 state requests and 16 of 22 city requests landed where asked, per ipinfo.io. Network or carrier choice exists only in the US, UK and Germany.
From household providers. Of the 38 exits placed in Brazil in our sample, Telefônica Brasil (Vivo) led with three and most others were small regional ISPs with one or two each. All 12 mobile exits in the same test were on Vivo’s AS27699.
Residential for prices, listings and search: rotate for volume, stick for multi-step pages. Mobile for app checks and mobile ads, at $0.50 per GB more at every tier. ISP proxies keep one static address for the whole rental.
No Brazilian law we found bans proxies as such. What you do through one falls under the LGPD, the sites’ terms and any court or Anatel blocking order, and we do not support reaching blocked sites. Not legal advice.
Free lists are often open servers or compromised devices whose operators can read your traffic, and their addresses are usually blocked by the time they are listed. A free trial exists here; the pricing page shows the current terms.
Enter gate.aeonproxy.com:7000 and your login plus -cc-br in the browser’s proxy settings, an extension or an HTTP client. The docs cover SOCKS5 and every key.
Towns around Brasília lie across the line in Goiás. In our test three Brasília misses were placed in Novo Gama, Planaltina and Valparaíso de Goiás, and one in Planaltina, Federal District. Retry with a new session key.
The exit’s own, so times on the page match what a local shopper sees. São Paulo, Rio and Brasília are UTC−3, Manaus and Cuiabá UTC−4, Acre UTC−5, with no daylight saving since 2019.
For the five exits at the top of this page, the round trip between the exit and Frankfurt, where our gateway runs, was 207 to 308 ms on 26 October 2026, before the target responds.
